"Great" is too strong, adequate is better
"Great" is too strong. Better than average is probably more accurate. I have been logging my own dietary choices rather than using the program recipes. I'm a good cook, but I am not going to make some complicated from-scratch meal just for myself. I have an 8-year-old, a 10-year-old, a 1-year-old, a 3-month-old, and a spouse who needs care. I'm not making some fancy Turkish dish for myself, simply because I have the knowledge. I don't have the time. So the recipe suggestions are pretty useless. So far, the most useful item in this program would be the lists of foods to eat, and foods to avoid.

I've been a member of Weight Watchers before and I rejoined again using the Formula App. The methodology works and I've lost 15 lbs so far without GLPs. I'm hoping other people avoid the GLPs until they have not choice.

I loved the app, but I wasnt impressed with the meal plans, they were not easy for people who travel and on the go and taking a picture of the food wasnt always accurate
