As first time home buyers, we were a bit out of our depth picking our first sofa, but Mary Gibson couldn’t have been more helpful. She was extremely patient and didn’t rush us at all, she also carefully helped us narrow down which sofa’s would fit best in our living room. The service from all staff was lovely and warm and we felt totally at ease, would definitely recommend!

I bought a bed and mattress, when they arrived there was a bulge in the middle of the mattress. Forrest sent someone to check and they said only a dip was a fault, not a bulge so they won't do anything about it, so it's perfectly acceptable for me to lie at an angle. Also, I'm expected to pay for another company to do another test. Very disappointing service.

I purchased a leather gplan chair to match two sofas bought the previous year.
Mary Gibson was extremely helpful and courteous. She even pulled out the previous order to make sure the fabric numbers matched. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mary or Forrest Furnishing.

MARY was extremely helpful and a very warm person.

Stay away from this company we took delivery of 2couches and we have issues with them at a cost of almost 4k after complaining they are not interested in doing anything about it !! When in store there is a label which says Italian leather so you’d presume they are manufactured in Italy
not so we found out that the leather is indeed Italian but it’s then shipped to china where the couches are manufactured and that gives them the right to put the Italian label on them !!
So when in Forrest furniture or any other group company ask for written proof of where the product is manufactured

Great experience came to look at l shaped sofas. A gentleman called David was brilliant, his assistance and experience he provided us was a testament to his value within the business.

My enquiry regarding sofas was dealt with very thoroughly and efficiently and Mary went out of her way to supply me with the all the detail I required.

I have not yet received my new sofas as the order has just been placed however I can certainly recommend that any purchaser in the market for new furniture will be in very capable and knowledgeable hands with this lovely employee of this company.

From the minute we reached the door every member of staff was very welcoming. We were served by Fiona Runciman who could not have been any more helpful. Took the time to explain different options and different leathers available. She went above and beyond to make sure the best option for us. We would not hesitate to use Forrest in the future.

Ordered suite today and was very impressed by the choice and quality available .
Mary was a great help and took her time to ensure that I got what I wanted.

Exceptional service from Donna Johnston over 2 visits. She gave us space and time to browse the excellent selection of sofas in the light and airy warehouse. Delighted with my 2 sofas and footstool. Simple process to complete order and Donna was charming,knowledgeable and clearly puts the customer first! Well done,Donna!

Company continually lied about when my furniture would arrive. Now telling me January which I suspect won’t happen. Avoid like the plague.

My wife and I visited the South Street store in Glasgow. We were served by Karen who gave us very good advice regarding the Stressless chair in which we were interested. We ended up buying 2 chairs.Karen was very patient while we looked at other items of furniture. She gave us time to make up our minds and was always available for advice The store itself had a huge range of furniture and we intend to visit again in the near future for other items.

I bought a tea table just 3 month ago , glass top.
The item I got is useless.
Glass top is not fit to frame size , it’s bigger then frame at all the corner. Infect it’s not proper rectangle shape.
Second- it’s not well fitting . If I touch the glass it makes noice like it’s hitting frame and making awful noice. I have complained about it to Forrest furnishing and they said that how the table is and they can’t do anything with it. After paying that much money it’s not worth at all.
