I've had a few machines from Forst now and I've just received another brand new one.
The chippers are very good but the warranty back up is even better which is massively important. These machines have a hard life and things can periodically go wrong but Forst have always dealt with any issues swiftly to keep us working.

We own two Forst ST6 Chippers and for a year and a half they have been trouble free as they are brilliantly engineered.
However, one of them had a cutting out issue. I called "Forst Assist" as it was still under warranty (3 Years).
They arranged an engineer to attend my site the next morning. The engineer (Kyle) was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he intended to do and got it done quickly.
Additionally, he noticed another broken part and repaired that there and then too.
Forst make great machines and back up their after sales care swiftly, professionally and diligently.

From carrying out day to day tree work I have been using Forst Chippers for sometime now.
The Forst team have been very helpful over the years and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a Forst Chipper.
Secondly the team that come out and do the service or repair I have found to be knowledgeable and professional in what they do.
All round they are great!

I have worked for over 40yrs in the engineering industry dealing with many companies supplying machines with Sales & Service. After 3 years having bought a Forst TR8 chipper, from the Andover branch, I cannot express how fanatistic the Service & Technical Support is. There professionalism, friendliness and willingness to help the customer is above and beyond.

Great service, fast, responsive and the after care is brilliant. The machines are powerful, productive and well built, ideal for our company need. Just traded in for our 3rd Först woodchipper from Matthew. (Our first machine from him back in 2015).

Another fantastic purchase from forst. We traded in our old machine for a new one. The whole process was easy and faultless.

After being a customer of a rival brand for close to 20 years i was wary of changing but Duncan has made the transition very easy and im very pleased and impressed with my new machine. When my old machine broke down and the part was not available for 5 weeks i knew i had a choice to make. I called Duncan and he helped me every step of the way. Im also very impressed with the build quality.
