I went to UM originally because I got "taken" for another bed I had purchased from someone close by in town. But the guys at UM were kind, understanding and really tried to find out what I needed and wanted. Being a large person I have issues finding beds that dont sag etc and they were willing to help me find the right fit.I had to return the bed at first due to it being a bit soft but they were more than accommodating and tried getting me a bed that worked. Great staff, great products.

Very helpful sales person that gave us all the time we needed to decide on the right mattress. Efficient delivery and set-up and they carted our old mattress and box springs away.

I bought a pillowtop mattress and liked it at first. Eventually I turned it 90 degrees and it became bumpy and still is. I rate it as barely acceptable.

Bed broke down after less than 6m. And I’m a normal size person. Service initially was good. But no concern for long term quality. Extremely disappointed.

Buying a bed has become a stressful process. There are a ton of beds and they all promise to be the best. We tried all the higher end ones and were sorely (physically too) sisappointed. We bought Sleep Number and ended up sending them back. We bought Tempurpedic and sent it back. My wife said she wanted to try Urban Mattress. She found one she loved (and still does). I tried a different one and it’s the best part of my day...crawling onto that mattress. We really like the mattress and ended up buying another one for our guest room. The service is great and the people are responsive and friendly. Skip the stress and go to Urban Mattress.
