I've had a bad experience with FTM. I ordered 3 bags early December 2019. Have never received them. I've talked to them multiple times about the issue. Once I was told they saw the items shipped but no follow up info after it left their facility. Another time, they said the package was delivered however it was delivered to an address in Michigan, I live in Nebraska. They told me they would re-ship. Still waiting. Contacted them again June 15th, no response. Poor, poor customer relations. Warn everyone you know to stay away.

I guess I should consider myself one of the "fortunate" ones, because I actually received the duffel bags I ordered although it took months.
My opinion of the product: It is actually a very nice duffel bag. In fact, when I received the first one, I decided to buy a second one.
The problem that just emerged is this: I just received a third duffel bag that I did not order. So, I have, of course, already started to investigate that.

Ordered an item in mid-April for a late May birthday. It is now mid-June. Still nothing. They say it is on the way (from China) and I can't get my money back or cancel order. We'll see whether it ever arrives and what kind of quality it is. I'm guessing they have a no return option too. Don't fall for it!

Very frustrating
Very frustrating: one item on order was finally delivered after more than 6 weeks and repeated e-mails to company re: status; the other item I got an e-mail from company 5/12 advising it had been shipped out - more than a month later, the tracking tool still says the same thing ... 'being prepared by originating post to be shipped out.' No replies to any e-mails from me trying to get resolution. Won't ever order from here again.

I ordered four bags in December, and after repeated attempts in Jan, Feb, and March to get customer service, i received 'oh sorry, very backordered' and 'we've had international shipping issues please accept a 10% discount'.... but at the end of the day... NO BAGS. And... after trying to email again for a status update, and NO RESPONSE, I finally issued a Credit Card dispute on my purchase, WHICH THEY ARE CONTESTING. TOTAL FRAUDS. This should be a class claim - sign me up. Seems to be run out of a UPS store in PA. Such Frauds.

Ordered one of their bags on 4/24/20. Immediately I noticed that my order number did not appear when I put it into their tracking system. When I emailed them I got no response. Eventually I got an automated response that just said, "thank you for your email, someone will get back to you soon." Of course, no one ever got back to me. They are still advertising on Facebook with a bunch of wonderful reviews that are probably all fake. Everyone should notify Facebook and have their page removed. I've got my bank working to get my money back. They are a complete fraud. Don't know where they are actually located.

Do NOT order from this company. Ordered a duffle bag in early May and they charged my card immediately. Emailed them three weeks later and no reply, no refund, no bag. There is no number to call. It's a scam. Do not order. I'm usually pretty aware of scams, but fell for this one, sadly.

Ditto. Ordered the two duffel bags in January 2020 and they charged my credit card immediately. No bags. I, too, ordered because I saw a Facebook Ad and the items and prices looked legit. Their website is still up. DO NOT order from this company! I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau, as well.

Just another one ripped off by FTM. Ordered duffel bag December 2019. They charged my card and no bag. I have reached out many times. At first, apologies, and now ( June 6) nothing. Stay far away!

Looks like my story with this "company" is a familiar one -- I placed an order (and paid for) the travel duffel bag on December 25, 2019. Tracking number, but never a shipment. Email exchanges with at first apologies and promises of delivery and "very busy"/"backlog" excuses. Now, radio-silent. I have tracked down the underlying LLC and will pursue fraud claims with the relevant PA and federal authorities if they have not refunded by 5/31 (not holding my breath). The fact that Facebook does not "vet" the vendors it lets advertise so heavily on its website is startling. I guess the ads were paid for -- that's all that matters. Poor, all around.

Ordered the weekend duffel bag for my brother's 70th birthday on January 6, 2020. Paid for it on my VISA. It is now May 21, 2020, the duffel has never arrived, I am out my $64.99, and my brother's birthday has long past. I'll stick with LL Bean!!!
