2 months after receiving tracking…

2 months after receiving tracking numbers for “shipped” product still haven’t received it. Can’t get any answers from email. No phone number available. Reversing charges.

REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE PENNSYLVANIA AG's OFFICE

Please take time to file complaints with: The Pennsylvania AG's office and the BBB.

Also report to FB and Instagram. FB is still allowing ads by FTM.

UPDATE: FTM told my credit card company that I received the item. Nope. Just a lie. My credit card company continues to investigate.

Also, FTM is complaining about some reviews posted here.

Same experience as previous reviewers

Same experience as previous reviewers. I purchased a bag on January 1st. Six weeks later, I have received nothing. And they haven't responded to messages or emails.

I still see their ads on Facebook. They are fraudulent.

Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever. Never purchase from this company. My story is so similar to the others, I won't take the time to repeat basically the same scenario. Ordered mid Nov. Still no product. Weekly emails go unanswered.

Crappy product and horrible customer service

Ordered from an ad on Instagram. Cancelled the order immediately after placing it and learning it would not arrive in time. The company would not acknowledge cancellation of my order even though, per their tracking, it had not yet been sent. They also would not provide return address or information. Product arrived and it was crap. I am recycling it as it is useless.

Not only are they thieves

Not only are they thieves, paypal is not about to step in and help resolve disputes. I'm out 64.99 and no one at paypal will touch this sitch. Reached out to company directly but based on what I see here....I'm not hopeful. Ordered jan 1 2020. Crickets. Everywhere.

Ridiculous lack of communication.

We ordered our bags on Dec 10th, and our credit card was charged. We got an email saying that they were in transit. However, when we did not get the bags by early January, I checked the tracking number with FedEx, and the label had been assigned but the item had never been received by FedEx for delivery. We contacted our credit card company who in turn contacted FTM and fortunately our money was credited back to our credit card. However, we then received the bags several weeks later. I have made 3 email requests for a return label to send these bags back. They wanted us to keep the bags and give us another discount, however we told them we just wanted to return them and now they have stopped responding. We do not want to do business with this company. They keep saying they are going out of business, and if they treat all their customers they way they have treated us, that will be a reality.

Did find phone number on AmEx bill but only a voicemail. Encourage everyone to leave a message for them as well!.

Do not order from FOR THE MINIMALIST company

Do not order from this company. I never received my order from November 2019 and now it is February 2020.. I requested a refund and have heard nothing from this company after several attempts. Buyer Beware! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...FOR THE MINIMALIST.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Ordered the items November 2019, got a shipping notice 3 days later, today (2/12/2020) the tracking number is still pending. I don’t qualify to cancel my order since the system shows it shipped. Don’t buy from this company.

Update 03/01/3020: Order not found. My shipment is no longer pending. I never received it, the tracking number is now invalid and my order number can’t be found.

Identical experience to everyone else…

Identical experience to everyone else over the last couple of months. I ordered the bag on Jan 3, 2020. I received no communication over the next month, so I wrote to FTM on Feb 3. They did not reply, but, the next day i received an email notice the item had shipped. I checked the tracking number, and all that had been done was that a shipping label had been created. A week later, I checked again - no change; nothing in transit.

Today i looked into reviews of the company, and found this site. The innumerable bad experiences, with so few actually receiving the product, convinced me to cancel my order with FTM, and to call my credit card company to file a dispute. I then went on Amazon and ordered a bag for less money that will arrive tomorrow.

$70 down the drain.

Fortunately I only ordered one bag.

Beware of a "minimalist" claim from other companies. They're just middlemen peddling Chinese knockoffs that they apparently can't deliver anymore.

Like many people

Like many people, I ordered in late December when a shipping label was created with FedEx. More than a dozen email exchanges later and as of this morning FedEx have still not received anything. This is despite being told on February 8 that the package was with FedEx. They blame the delay on their advertising promotion going "viral". My response is that if they didn't have their supply chain and logistics in place then they shouldn't be advertising. If I'm generous I'd say they're a pack of bumbling fools who have been overwhelmed with the response to their promotion because they didn't understand the power of advertising on Instagram. Whatever the situation, they've destroyed their reputation regardless of how good their product is.

I ordered their product at the end of…

I ordered their product at the end of December and haven't seen it yet. I have followed up with them 4 times and received no response despite their claim of 1 day response. Shipping status shows it was turned over for shipping on Dec 27 in Freemont CA and has never changed. PayPal has not been responsive either in receiving a refund. Save yourself money and a lot of frustration and don't order anything from this company

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 2 duffle bags this past Dec1 and I still don’t have them. They said they were sending 2 more and 2 weeks later they asked me if I ever got the first 2. I’ve yet to receive anything. I keep asking them for a refund and they just don’t reply. No duffle bags and no refund. I will never order from them again and I’m getting ready to report fraud.
