I don't even know how they got my information

I don't even know how or why they created an account for me. Maybe I was looking for information on my private pension and I accidentally clicked on them instead of the free Pensionwise service.
But they have got me and won't leave me alone and I am not going to waste my time trying to get them to delete my 'account'. I am just going to be totally rude every time they call.
Someone said don't trust the positive reviews on here. I would probably confirm that

I have had my account with Fortrade for 9 months

I have had my account with Fortrade for 9 months. The service has been excellent providing analysis for the trades I place by telephone and by reports.
I have traded in Companies/FX/Commodities.
My account manager Mila provides reports and that way I can make informed decisions - on a daily basis.
This does not mean ALL trades are profitable - but I have a profitable account.
There are guidelines to OPERATE PROFITABLY. You have to follow professional guidelines and rules.

I wrote a week ago never…

I wrote a review about a week ago never showed up under the reviews. Very shady company there margin levels make it almost impossible to generate money I list about 6 K I do know how to trade best advice don’t use them and they are not government regulated through Canada I withdrew 385.00 what was left there haven’t received that neither. Also a lot of the good reviews are the same individuals if you look close enough, currently notified the Canadian government they shouldn’t be aloud to scam people in Canada.

They behave you as you are their hostage!

Never advise this firm to anybody as they just want to trap their clients to stay and keep opening trading (with a lack of professional knowledge) and losing money. I couldn’t withdraw the remaining by 10 times of request. I do believe court will decide regarding to these scammers!

Nuisance!!!

An account was mistakingly made with these people which I explained when they called.didnt hear anything from them for a year,suddenly I get a call from them wondering why my account is inactive, I explain AGAIN I don't want the account, they apologise and said they would remove me from system so I would stop being bothered by them.....EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last two weeks they have rung my number and they don't even speak when I answer it ,it's just silence!! Block them every day and they just call on another number,WHY???? you are not even saying anything!!!! Awful!!!

Update! More BAD news.
Fortrade continues to ignore my appeals to deal with my problem in a courteous, personal and professional manner. After my previous review, all they could bring themselves to do is send a nasty-gram telling me they won't talk to me any more as well as try to have my latest review flagged and taken off line. I say to them "Shame on YOU all". Do NOT believe anything told to you by account managers, marketing or the compliance group. The only way Fortrade seems to take notice is when they are sued and convicted of illegal behavior. That's a poor way to have your investments protected. Also, even thought they illegally cost me over $8k of losses, the class action conviction only returned $4.6k. It looks like there were many more victims to the criminal conduct of Fortrade than the conviction (which cost them $6M) would yield.
Make sure you read their fine print - they will surely use that against you if you are naïve enough to give them access to your money.
What a clown show these guys are.

What can I say, the reviews speak for themselve. Please do not trade with this company, you will never receive your payout.....if you have fallen victim, just issue court proceedings and make an official complaint to the FCA.
