I made a return for store credit a long time ago and then forgot about it. Unfortunately, the store credit automatically expires after a year, so when I went to use it it was expired. I reached out to customer service and Abi reactivated it for me. They didn't have to do anything about it, but I feel so grateful that they did!

Ok, update from my previous post, although some items fit very well, the same brand but different dress is different sizing, dont fit well.
returns are met with a 500 server error!

IF your unhappy with the items and quality, do you want to put yourself trhough the long delivery times, tedious return and store credit, not refund issues to then want to buy more poor fitting chance items and go through the same process again and again and again.
wouldnt recommend, the staff work hard for a reason, because the items are not up to par, yes theyre pleasant, but communications are slow to respond, being based in the furthest flung corners of the globe, california and australia!!!!maybe open a store or shop in europe somewhere!!!!

It has been three week that I sent back two dresses that costed over $200 and I received nothing!! They do not respond to emails or phone at all! This retailer paid a lot of people and influencers to write good reviews on different sites but the truth is they are not responsive at all or they just pick who they want to reply! Don’t trust those good reviews! I searched more online many people said even they received store credit it doesn’t work! I am going to report to the relevant government agency soon for their scams!

I’m pretty sure I requested a refund to my original payment method, but I’ve been ignored and noticed that my comment was deleted from your Instagram page. Unfortunately, none of the dresses fit me well, and I had to return them. Receiving store credit instead of a refund is not an option for me. Please take the time to respond to my questions through customer service or here on your social media.

Originally I bought a dress for sorority recruitment, but when I got it there was a run in it. I contacted support and they gave me back store credit and helped me find an even better dress

I ordered two dresses for a wedding, but unfortunately I am a little fluffier than I cared to realize so I had to send the dresses back. Abi was a delight to work with and made the process super easy.

I ordered bras from this company and I got it wrong on the size, they were too big. There is no option to return or exchange. So I was only offered a $5 Dollar refund. Never again. Terrible service.
