I wish I could give a -10 for customer service and the website experience. The site is incredibly difficult to navigate—logging in doesn’t work from all pages from the top navigation.
I purchased three pairs of shoes around Christmas time, two of which were final sale. One pair, which is unwearable, seems to be on clearance for a reason: the straps are positioned too low on the foot, making them impossible to walk in.
I would expect a company to address issues like this with the manufacturer and not pass on defective products to consumers. Despite this, I returned the shoes because I can’t use them and don’t feel right selling them to anyone. The return was accepted, but I never heard anything from your team—no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, no refund or store credit... you just kept the shoe and probably re sold it.
This was my first purchase, and the shoes were only $30 after the discount. Had you handled the return professionally, I might have considered shopping with you again. But now, after such poor service, I can't imagine returning to your site.
Improve the navigation on your website. It’s frustrating that people can’t even sign in to their accounts. And with final sale items, it’s important to recognise that sometimes the product isn’t the customer’s fault. Take responsibility for the quality of what you sell. The $30 isn’t worth losing a customer who could have brought you much more business over time.

Absolute terrible company to deal with
Absolute terrible company to deal with. I bought four items of clothing from them, and on the description they lied on three of them about the fabric composition of the clothing. The clothing was meant to be made from cotton, linen, and rayon, but they all turned out to be made from cheap polyester. When I emailed them about this and wanted to initiate a return, they said there is nothing they can do because the items were marked as 'Final Sale' and that I should sell them on Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace. What an absolute joke. Just because you decided to say an item was 'Final Sale' doesn't mean you can lie on your website, and it certainly doesn't exclude you from Consumer Law. I managed to get a refund from this company by reporting them to Consumer Protection and by opening a case on Afterpay against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They will rip you off and send you cheap inferior quality clothing, and you'll never get your money back from them.

the material they use are so cheap and not what they describe at all. the pieces i ordered looked like they were not made with any type of love; threads all over the place, seams that were already on the verge of tearing, and the materials were not what they described at all! i've be trying to reach them through email and customer service and no one has gotten back to me!

if you're going to sell products like shien at least be honest about it and not rob customers of their money.
Poor quality, only offer store credit for returns
Ordered a few items from this site. The quality was just poor. Lots of loose threads, fabric felt really cheap, just not what I expected for the price at all.
Also, they only offer store credit for returns, not your money back. I didn't even think to check this before purchasing, because I've never shopped anywhere that wont refund your money if you're not satisfied with the products you receive. Would never have shopped here if I had checked this beforehand, so I guess lesson learned.
And, you have to pay for your own returns. So I now have to pay for shipping to get the items in the first place, to return the items, and for the new items I'm now pretty much forced to buy because they only offer store credit. (And of course on top of that there's import taxes).
Would not recommend.
Not received the dress I ordered or any information regarding the dress
Ordered a dress the 23rd of march for a wedding in mid april. I sent them an email two weeks after I ordered, because I did not get a tracking number nor a confirmation that my order was dispatched. The support agent told me they would look into it, and get back to me. Have not received any confirmation or trackingnumber, and it is 1 month since I ordered.
Refund request ignored for error on their end
Ordered 5 dresses and received 1 pair of jeans I never ordered. I sent them pictures and now I’m being harassed for additional pictures I don’t have. I asked them to send me a pre paid label and I would return the jeans and they have not. They are ignoring my request for a refund. This was a horrible experience, save yourself the inconvenience.
HUGE SCAM of a company
HUGE SCAM of a company. I thought that this company was a great store and I’d ordered from them multiple times. I received a dress that the zip broke on 2 hours into my first wear and tried to get it refunded. They said they would only offer partial refund because the tags were off and it had been worn which is against the fair trading and consumer law. Super disappointed. Don’t shop here, terrible quality and you won’t be compensated. Their joke of a store policy is essentially an admission of guilt for their poor quality clothing.

A joke of a company
A joke of a company. I paid for my own return, they sent me a return label that included the following address: 2270 E 220th St Carson, CA 90810, the tracking says it arrived. I waited 3 months and never got store credit, reached out to them and they told me that it needed to be shipped to 8738 E 9th Street Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Are you kidding me? Don't trust this company.
High risk high reward
I was hesitant to purchase after reading other reviews but they were the only store with a dress I liked in my size. I purchased on a Monday and got my confirmation of order. By Friday I hadn’t received shipping and was nervous so messaged them and they got back to me by the end of the day with the tracking link (was dispatched on the Monday so not sure what went wrong there) but was very happy to see a parcel was on its way. Parcel arrived today (after 6 days which is great) and I love the dress. It’s one of those stores where you return for credit like many others so is something to be aware of. I won’t be returning my dress though because I love it so can’t comment on that process.
