If you're not in discord, you'll not get any information, site went down, account were disabled and not a single letter from companie. Same scam as any other kitchen prop (mff, ascendx, engineer, tff,) got the money and gone))
Guy's, trade your own money on serious brokers, it'll take less time and risks than dealing with scamer props

At 03.12.2024 the CEO Andrew NFX told us on the discord group that the relaunch of Fortuna will be under 2 weeks because some tech issues occured. Today i wrote an e-mail to support. An employee called Azlan (Andrew, i kindly suggest you to chose more carefully your employees, especially the support staff) answered and he was like a bot chat. I had to ask him 3 times what compensation we will receive, to receive the phlegmatic answer that Andrew has already announced on the group (he literally announced that he will offer compensation on discord, it can be checked, too bad I can't post pictures) that what will offer you will only be that you will be with the account as you were before the day when the operations were temporarily stopped, and if in the day that they paused operations, you were in a trade in profit your equity will be your balance and if you were in DD you will remain with initial balance. If this is the compensation for 4/5 weeks of waiting for an inconvenience that is the company's fault, i have no words left... I am very dissapointed about this company, i thought that it will be a serious one. In the last mail with Azlan i kindly ask him for a refund, because this situation is not my fault and i did not pay for this. And his answer was : "Mate we don't offer refunds, you will continue trading from where you left
WE are simply asking you to bare with us for a few weeks so we get back as soon as possible". This is unacceptable. This was a very big dissapointment.
UPDATE : Today 24.01.2025, i tried to talk to him in dm, no answer ofc, and when i wrote about fortuna on his telegram group, the messages were imediately deleted and also got banned. It is incredible how he is showing off and posting how he make money now with prop firms on instagram, but about fortuna and how he scammed all of us he doesn’t say a word :)) Shame on you Andrew NFX, we trusted you and now this is what we got… a big scam like TFT and other firms like yours

Between 2-3 weeks waiting because they're in "pause"? What means that?

The customer service was responsive and helpful.. i didn't have to wait for days to get someone to acknowledge and reply to my question.

The support team was quick and thorough with my query for a transaction. I am very satisfied with the response and solutions provided. Keep doing the good work.

I passed the challenge but got denied the funded account because they said I violated their rules but they won't tell me which one. But I know I did not violate any rule. I am not new to prop firms because I have traded many. I asked if I could get my fee back but I have not heard a word. Really kind of shocked and disappointed by this experience. I thought the founder having dealt with being denied would have made his firm better than this.

You need to invite 3 persons to their server just to join their poker.

I believe this company still need a lot of improvements in some aspects to be fair. But for now I would prefer Åß hash llc only because they have been more consistent and also gives out instant withdrawals.

Until now it’s pretty solid got a few problems but got solved quickly. Just in a challenge right now. I will drop another review after I am funded and request a payout.

The support team is quick to respond and sort out any issues faced.
Challenge phases are very transparent and clear on the rules.
I have not yet reached funded stage, so i can not give a comment in terms of withdrawals.

I guess some problems are undeniable: platform was blocked and I was not able to close trades till orders hit SL....I dont argue on that but never again...the problem started when I was at 2%...of course stop loss was hit, I couldn't close the trades! This was the problem, if deny, I'll leave the comment for future customers..
