I had an issue with my account because of my fault. I opened a ticket and got instant support. Everything went well and the issue was solved very quick.

Literally 0 of my limit orders got filled when price did reach the entry level and went even beyond it…

Also got a crazy overnight spread that stopped me out of a big winner. Customer support didn’t do anything about it and said that it happens all the time.

I do believe in this prop firm and see it become one of the bigger ones in the industry but the broker they use is absolutely horrible.

The time taken to resolve member query and issues is great

I had an issue with my challenge, I contacted the support and I got fixed extremely fast.
The prop firm seems trustworthy and the support is very good.

Night spread of about 50 pips breached my account. Support told me it was a LP issue and cancelled the loss out of my account but did not clear the daily loss. They say, they informed me about that in the live chat, but i have never received such message. One loss this morning and my account breached again. Why not clear my daily drawdown when there was an issue on their side? I don't get why i would have to be cautious about not hitting my remaining daily loss of 1% due to insane spread. Cannot recommend, sticking to the reliable firms.

worst spreads ever, please dont go for this firm, even EURUSD have 0.7-0.8 pips spread. Also, I faced slippage issue. My order always execute way before price. REQUESTING ALL OF YOU TO STAY AWAY.

They have a great customer support! After sending a email within some question they reply to me in a couple of minutes !

I really like this prop firm. I bought a challenge from them and it goes really well, no issues at all till this day, really ok spreads for indices and forex. I want to thank Azlan for helping me and other traders, responds within minutes, almost instantly and provides good information.

The website had some problem saying that there was a payment problem. So I tried a few times and it came up to be successful that I wasn't expecting.

As a result I bought 4 accounts instead of 1

But they refund the other 3 account in a speedy manner. The support is fantastic. Appreciate you guys.

Hello guys this is the best prop firm after ftmo and this is doing good and Andrew mfd should keep rising his prop firm anf make sure not fall of like other prop firms that have shut and hope to see this at the top and keep rising

First of all, the whole "transparency" thing is a very bad start for this company. On the first day when the website was opened and I entered to see the conditions and rules, I wrote on the discord server that from my point of view it has the hardest conditions of all the companies. I don't know what I said wrong, but because of this I got banned from the discord server. I don't even want to think if something happens and you have something to complain about the company. I think they also refuse your payout, ban your account, and by email and on discord and on the website. So if you want to be okay, you just have to not say anything bad, otherwise you have nothing to do there, I will never buy a challange because I feel that it is the kind of company if a problem arises, you have no one to talk to.
