Filling out the form was straightforward, and adding the photo was simple too. I now have my Carer Friendly ID Card.
Terrible service…
I have been asked for a review after requesting and paying for a carers card. This is the only communication I have had with Forward carers I have had no communication regarding the card nothing at all they took my money and have done nothing else I am very disappointed with the service , or lack of cannot recommend the service at all. I will never use them again and would give less than one star if I could

Awareness session on the carers right day was eye-opening and informative. It is reassuring that right to support as a working carer is not downplayed.
