Quick and easier than expected

Met Anne at Sutton Coldfield Reformed Church, marketplace event. She was very helpful and gave me some information that will help my team with the work we do for Birmingham Adult Social Care

Quick efficient service. Very positive experience had the E card within two days.

I was starting to struggle,feeling totally overwhelmed, dealing with my Fathers worsening health.
And to find out and talk with someone who understands and wants to help me made my worries lighten.

The content was well-organized and comprehensive, providing a clear understanding of carers’ needs, their rights, and practical steps to support myself effectively. I highly recommend this session, especially for new carers looking to build their knowledge and confidence.

Ordered a card for my daughter that cares for me and her Grandmother with parkinsons. So useful for her just to have the identification especially if out and about for supporting at events etc.

Thanks for the speedy delivery of my carers card. The online process was easy to follow. I haven't used it yet put looking forward to doing so.

Ann and her team came to our carers group to speak about the Brigit app/website, it was a great session very informative, helpful and interesting not only for the patients but for us as professionals as well. The team were very interactive with all the carers helping them to access the app and set it up as well. Thank you

I applied and paid for this service coming up to 3 weeks ago now and other than the initial received email have not received any further correspondence about this card. I have now reached out to the company and am awaiting a response. I suppose if I don’t hear anything in next few days I will have to recoup the cost back through PayPal and go with a different company. It’s a shame that an organisation that is set up for carers that already go through so much additional work and stress alongside their daily living commitments has to go to lengths just to get a response. I will update this review when I get an outcome

Anne attended a parent carer coffee morning and gave information about the support services with forward carers, she also kindly helped people register for the carers card. Really useful.
