Mixed Experience - Good Service with Room for Improvement
Used ForwardMe for a few months across Premium and VIP tiers. Successfully consolidated and shipped multiple orders, UI is straightforward. Would rate 3.5/5.
What works: Package consolidation, international shipping, easy to navigate. Have been able to successfully order, consolidate and ship a good number of orders and varying shipping options.
Problems:
-Support response times are inconsistent and often lengthy, likely due to insufficient staffing.
-Membership benefits don't match advertising. Premium doesn't discount personal shopper fees. VIP charges for "free" consolidation.
-Personal shopper has tracking problems. When ordering multiple items from the same seller, they often arrive together but only one gets marked delivered - the rest stay pending indefinitely. Separately, when sellers cancel orders, the system doesn't update. I can see the items relisted but my orders stay pending for months. Getting these reviewed for refunds is nearly impossible.
-No refund tracking system. No notifications when refunds process, no status page. Have to check credit card statements manually and chase support. Partial refunds arrive without explanation of deductions.
The core service works but these issues make it frustrating. Significant room for improvement in tracking accuracy and support responsiveness.

They cancelled my order and didn’t refund me
I paid for two products to be ordered via their personal shopper. For two weeks I received no update at all. When I inquired they emailed me and cancelled one of the items in my order. Why - I have no idea, because I subsequently ordered it myself and shipped it to Stackry without any issue.
Since I needed both items in my order with ONE forwarder, I emailed them to ask to cancel the entire order.
I received no response.
I subsequently sent a new email asking for a refund. I received a reply asking for my order number, which I sent promptly. That was more than a week ago and I did not get a response or a refund. I have now opened a case with PayPal. Thank goodness I used PayPal for this.
This was a complete waste of my time and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Be careful
I placed an order for multiple Bass Pro Shops items on Sept 3rd. I've heard from the personal shopper - who had misunderstood my order - once. Order placed after 2 days. One week later I've received 4 mails saying parcels have arrived, BUT:
- It's not clear if they've ordered the right things (order details say they did not, photos are not complete)
- One item is missing for sure
- One item has been ordered from eBay even if it was available on BPS: why???? I asked to order from BPS online shop and I gave them website links
- page order online never got updated and orders are still pending
- ZERO assistance, they do not answer whatsapp nor emails, and storage time is expiring
Now I literally don't know if I will have my order complete or what.
After review I have been followed properly via email, I got additional information/photos of my order and assistance with delivery costs issues which allowed me to save some money.
I choose to let them take care of custom tolls which raised costs a lot, those are very high anyway. For that reason I would suggest to check before placing the order (through their website is not possible to have an esteem). I now raise the score because of the assistance received, even if that lack of infos caused me unnecessary loss of time. Shipment was fast but it was not delivered at my address as requested.
