I have no other option but to leave…

I have no other option but to leave this review as ForwardMe sadly have caused multiple issues.

1. Their communication is lacking, I waited 7 days for a reply on an important issue.
2. I paid for insurance for transit of a package from US to UK, whilst they deny the allegation, I received the item, showed them images and they hadnt packed the internal box with bubble wrap or even paper to avoid internal damage in transit. Furthermore when the box arrived, I instigated the claim process, I had to step in and contact Fed Ex, even with Fed Ex admitting fault (which they shared with ForwardMe) the insurance company via ForwardMe refused to pay out.
3. Their shipping calculator is miles out. A comparable for you. And this is genuine and important.
For DDU a 39lb parcel, value $105 with DIM of 36 x 22 x 19, ForwardMe quoted $414 (4-8 days).
PlanetExpress who are superior in every single facet, from communication, packaging, shipping & cost delivered me a 37lb parcel, value $1600 with DIM of 38 x 19 x 18, it was $284 for (2-4 days).

Volkan, David, Ayberk cannot deny these experiences. They cannot compete and have no interest, or capabilities to be comparable.

Overall, quite a horrendous experience.
Trust me here.

Non existing customer service

The first shipment went without a trouble and arrived safely.
The second shipment however went really bad.
The shipment arrived at the 13th of November and I paid for the shipping the same day. I even opted for the faster FedEx shipping and the website stated, that I'll receive my package on the 16th-18th of November.
The same day a label has been created but apart from that nothing happened, the parcel has not been shipped.
I reached out via email multiple times, but never got a response. I also reached out via WhatsApp and got a initial response that they'll look into it but then got ghosted.
It is now the 25th of November and I'm still waiting...

Edit: They got back to me on the 26th of November and offered me to order the missing item again and pay for it out of their own pocket, but they would need an invoice in order to do so. After I sent them the invoice for the item (which was above 300 USD) they somehow found my item again and shipped it to me. I received my order finally on the 4th of December.

Delay at First, Completed in the End - Great service

I previously faced a delay and lack of response regarding my shipment, which was frustrating. After escalation, Forwardme followed up, clarified the situation, and resolved the issue. My package was eventually handed over successfully.

While the initial communication could be improved, I appreciate that the matter was taken seriously and completed in the end.

Very pleasant experience

Very pleasant experience: instructions clear, everything was packaged nicely. Very happy that there are now shipping options besides FedEx— DHL Express offers a much more satisfactory experience, as they ship more quickly and allow you to pay duty fees online (instead of making you pay in person). Very happy with this experience.

Minor Issue with this Order

Excellent customer support

Used it twice and in both cases needed support to clarify issues. The customer service was excellent. You could tell that they were actually interested in helping, which you can‘t say for other providers such as myus.com. Shipping isn‘t expensive and both parcels arrived reliably. I will keep using this service.

Terrible customer service

I ordered multiple items through them and picked expedited shipping, only for the items to take months to arrive, and the items got ruined. I requested compensation for the shipping cost and ruined items, sent them pictures of proof, and have been messaging them back and forth for 9 months now with no resolution and barely any response.

Very bad service and terrible response rate, even though I was a constant customer with them.
