Quick and Painless Shipping
Had a great experience with ForwardVia! I bought a special edition of a book that wasn't sold in North America and the entire process of having it sent to the ForwardVia location and then out to me was completely painless and very well communicated. Very expensive
Couldn't believe the price of delivery to Ireland for a few duvet covers .. €64 for shipping and then separate,€28 for custom charges (I thought this would be calculated by the company) would not order again.
Company now saying after a few months they are unsure if I am/was their customer. I find this very misleading. Clearly I know whom I bought from and paid crazy money to and it was forwardvia.com.

The shipping cost paid includes the transit fees, the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery.
Shipping cost depends purely on both the weight, dimension and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry standard. Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space that your shipment occupies in transit rather than the actual weight, this is called the volumetric weight. The actual weight would only be charged when this was higher than the volumetric weight. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget.
It is as stated on our website and shown at the time of order that the shipping cost paid excludes local tax and duty. As with any other country, unfortunately, there will be import taxes and duties to pay for importing goods from another country. See our website, FAQ or shipping calculator, which shows shipping cost excludes local tax and duty.
We have no information on the amount of local tax and duty charges. Local tax and duty charges depend on item value and local destination tax rules.
