Don't forget VAT Number
Forwardvia was very helpful in getting my order from UK to Germany. Nevertheless it took me a couple of calls with the original furnisher and UPS Germany because the German customs absolutely wants VAT Nr. / Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer in order to process custom declaration. This number was not provided by the shop in the first place. My resumee: I will never again go shopping in post brexit UK. The struggle with bureaucracy is just too annoying.

The habit of not trusting customers and treating them badly
My recent experience with ForwardVia, I gave them the address for sending items but they didn't believe me. I was absolutely sure the address I gave them was 100% correct. I didn't need to confirm it. Furthermore, they are treating their customers very badly.

Customers enter their shipping address through their account when placing the shipping order. You get an email every time the status changes, which gives me a big peace of mind. My last order even showed up way quicker than I expected. Easy to setup, easy to use, reliable
i've used a few of these, and this one (UK to Aust) is easy to set up, and easy to use... with many options.
The only point i worried about was that they seem to be heavily reliant on the name you use in the account to be the same as the name on the incoming local uk parcel parcel. This is all very jolly in theory, but the company sending the parcel in UK, simply altered my name without asking... eg Martin to M. But i asked about this, immediate reply, immediate fix... In this age of useless moron AI chatbots or days of waiting on message-replies from India, this is most important... Help lines are often not much help these days.
Yes indeed, I will use it again. and the cost was very reasonable... I chose super-express (DHL etc) this time, and it was only 55 quid, barely more than it would have cost me if I'd done it
