I strongly suggest you to avoid this store

It all started in April. I made an order and received it. Some items were returned since sizes didn’t fit. As it turned out, if items were on sale, money couldn’t be returned to my card - only as credits to the store account. It took 2 months to receive those credits and required sending emails with reminders regularly.

Since I didn’t want to keep those credits on the store account for long due to the whole company being perceived as shady (to say at least) by that point, I made a new order and had to pay extra from my card since I couldn’t find items I wanted costing the same as the amount of credits I had.

One month later I finally received my order, but only partly. So what it basically means is that seeing something in the store doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be able to receive it. Ever. And returning your money is a real problem.

Fast forwarding to today - I’m still waiting for some items 3 months later after making the latest order using mostly those store credits. No information is shared regarding where your items are - only promises and only after you ask yourself. So you end up without any items and money.

This is a scam where a buyer is always the loser. Don’t end up in similar situation, I strongly suggest you to avoid this store. There are many other well known stores which don’t have such issues.

I'd like to reply to Natalja Koshmanova from Estonia.
She placed order 9037447 in date 29/04/2020, in few days she received it at her address, via FedEx, tracking 770344606800 .
She returned, at our costs with a courier label prepaid from us, two items out of the three ordered with such order #9037447.
Both items were 60% OFF and, as clearly marked on our return policy, these, in case of return, were eligible for store credit or exchange only, not for refund.
She used this credit to purchase 4 new items. Three of them were sent via DPD, tracking 028294300006649, regularly received from her in August.
The 4th item has been shipped out on 19/11/2020, DPD tracking 08448711670232, delivered to he address in date 26/11/2020.-
Therefore her words are unacceptable and defamatory.

Nightmare shopping experience!

Worst shopping experience online.
Bought a bag on 5th October, bag was shipped out immediately. Why do I say worst? They just want to take your money, process order and close deal. What is after service? No such thing. Have you seen their 'return' in system? They will request you to contact their support team. Don't expect them to reply, because you are not 'paying' but 'returning'. Probably cost a loss to them so why do they care to be efficient to reply to you? I just wasted my money into buying something claimed to be able to retun / exchange but not able to because of the non-responsive support team

Orders not being sent and no response to my queries & no follow up from Forzieri regarding it.

I placed an order on Oct.3,2020 for 2 Tory Burch The Reva bangle watches for 382+ euros, afterwards, I got a confirmation email that my order was successfully placed, but till now I have not heard anything more from them, so I went back to the message they sent me to read it thoroughly and at the bottom of the message is this " Shipping preferences: Please wait until the entire order is ready before shipping", which is very odd as this was not included on the form that I had to fill out for my order details and the item itself was not marked as out of stock at the time, so I was wondering where and when did they come up with the idea of putting that shipping preference on my order because that definitely did not come from me! I emailed them twice to follow up on my order as I've said but sadly no response whatsoever I want to believe all the good things that other buyers say about this company but at the rate, they're handling my order and inquiries I am beginning to believe all the negative reviews they are getting, the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the discount that was on the site when I bought the watches otherwise I would have given them 1 star.

Bag payment error

I went to buy a bag and as I went to pay for it, an error came up which was frustrating. I soon got an email from Alex Baronio a customer service agent for forzieri who said that we have saved you the bag if you want to pay it securely through PayPal as due to we think it being an international payment the bank could of blocked it, for some reason I couldn’t buy the bag even though it was available. After I had paid for the bag securely, Alex then kept me up to date with the shipping and sent me the confirmations of my order and payment. I got the bag today and are very happy with it and the help from Alex :) thank you

Worst online shopping ever.

i placed an order for a Marni bag on the 22/7/2020 (order no: 9041731). It has been 10 weeks and after multiple emails, the customer support claimed that there is a delay from Marni side thus the item is not in stock. After waiting for 10 weeks, I decided to cancel and request a refund. The moment I asked for a refund, they told me the item was shipped and I will be provided with a tracking number soon. After 3 days, I have not received any tracking number and no updates. The item is worth almost AUD 2000 and the customer service was absolutely poor and disappointing. If I could give zero star I would.

Update:
I removed the word “scam” from my review title. While it was not a scam, I am firm on my review that the customer service was the worst I had ever experienced.

Further to my review and after months of waiting with minimal updates, I had requested my order to be cancel on 21 September 2020, no response at all until on the 28 September 2020 the customer service team responded that the item was shipped. Customer response time 8 days (192 hours)? This order has plenty of time to be stopped since I have requested for cancellation. However, the Tracking number was not received until 2 October 2020. Process time 4 days? I have used FedEx multiple times globally, their response time was maximum 24-48 hours. Upon checking FedEx, shipment information was received on 02 October when their team sent an email on 28 September that the order has already been received by the shipping transportation service and therefore not possible to be retrieved.

Finally, after receiving the item and decided to return it, I tried to log in to my account to initiate a return, my account was made invalid? I'm certain I did not deactivate my account, how is that possible it is not valid? After contacting them, I had to pay for return shipping cost (AUD45) plus the duty fee (!) to return the item. After returning, they confirmed refund process is between 3-10 days. The package was delivered on the 22nd October 2020 and after 13 days I still did not receive my refund. After contacting them, they claimed their Returns Dept is actually working one day per week only (why not mentioned it in the beginning?). I was finally issued a refund after I lodged a dispute claim with PayPal.

And today, Alex Baronia posted his comment listing my full name and suburb I lived in. It was a breach of privacy. I reached out to asked to remove the comment containing my name and suburb. He claimed my review was defamatory and that if I removed my review, his comment will also disappear. In all fairness, I removed the word scam which is not correct since I did received the item I purchased but I shall keep the rest of my review as it is fact and backed with evidence.

Avoid, absolutely disgusting site

Ordered a leather jacket that arrived with the inside sleeve unfinished. It took me two attempts to get it collected. They’ve acknowledged having received it 3 weeks ago and I’m STILL waiting for a refund. Got told on Monday it would be refunded by the end of the day, nothing. I went through PayPal on Tuesday, got a reply Wednesday morning that it would be refunded in 48 hours, nothing. I’m now having to escalate it. I’m so sorry I ever came across this cowboy site.
Sunday 27 September. Just received a refund after it appears Forzieri have read the above comment. I have been asked to edit or remove the negative comment. So here’s the edit. It seems I got £372.50 refunded only after a negative comment was posted and not because I’d gone through PayPal. Three weeks it took me after two people from Forzieri promised to refund and didn’t. I will never use Forzieri again. Good luck to those who do and have to make a return.

I have order a bag from their website…

I have order a bag from their website on 19/09/2020 and I cancelled the order the same day just few hours later I cancelled the order and cancellation was confirmed and today on 23/09/2020 I received an email about the order being dispatched!! With a tracking number!! What kind of service this is!! Shipping a cancelled order!! Just return my money why would you ship a cancelled order!! My order number is 9043982

I cancelled the order before processing the order I cancelled it the same day I ordered on 19/09/2020 the cancel option was available becuase it was before processing the order!! I have an image of cancelling my order in your website and I dont trust the return policy you offer after reading alot of reviews in trustpilot saying they didnt receive their money back for months! It scares me! Who to contact to refund my money!? Can you help with that and make sure the refund will be quick and easy?

Returns procedure

Super disappointed in the customer service, been happily ordering from this company for years but after this disaster for months without any proceeding, for sure won’t feel like ordering again.
I’ve put my last order 15.05.20, returned some items and got email about return delivery from company on 09.06.20, then was given apologies and promised to get a refund latest by 31.07.20, I agreed since I understand covid affected businesses. Now it is 10.09.20 (3 months time) and I still didn’t get an answer or refund. C’mon!

A+ service.

Been ordering loads of stuff from Forzieri website. Really good deals and super deals if you keep an eye on the web site. All my orders were shipped and received in time. Even when I had issues, customer service was very friendly and ready to help out with everything.

Returning Policy needs to be revised

They received my order on the 15th of Juin. Today is the 20th of July and I have no visibility whatsoever on when my refund will be processed... So instead of refunding within the time frame they claim on their website that is 10-14 business days, I find myself waiting for almost a month now, without any hope that I'm gonna see my money back anytime soon.. Now, I can understand the COVID situation, understaff & etc., but this is just way out of line : 0 visibility, no response to my last email, feeding me with false promises ( I quote one of your colleagues : "We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed and closed by next week." that was on the 10th of July and no news since...)
So overall, terrible experience, waste of time and money.. Conclusion : If you are not 10000% sure what you want, don't count on their return policy as you may never see your money back !

Just needed a few days for Alex to regularize the situation. Very efficient & transparent communication. Shame, have to pass by Trustpilot to get money back.. Will happily order in the future, once the returning policy is in order !

Obsessed!

I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses on May 18th and I do not regret it at all. At first, Chase did not approve my purchase due to the company being in Italy. I was immediately informed by Alex, Forzieri's customer service rep, that the transaction could be completed through PayPal instead and that made me feel more at ease. I received a shipping confirmation on May 29th along with a tracking number and received my order on June 3rd. I am in love with my order and satisfied with the delivery time (from Italy to Houston.) The case for the sunglasses was slightly squished during delivery so I reached out to Alex for a replacement and they will be sending me a new case! I want to thank Forzieri and Alex for their wonderful customer service as they been extremely helpful throughout this process. I will be reordering from Forzieri in the future <3
