Correct the Material Description

I see an item on Forzeri.com and the material description is incorrect. I tried to tell customer support it’s incorrect and he wanted manufacturing code to I guess prove a point it’s eco leather when this item is 100% leather. The customer service associates name is Alex Baronio.

Product good shipping not fore me

The product is really good, in discounted in really good price but just the shipping it says its gonna take 4-5days but mine is expected after 12days which was frustrating but besides that mostly positive and I’ll order again from here

Excellent customer service

I just recently experienced some issues with my most recent order at Forzieri. I have to admit that their customer service is one of the best. The issue was responded to immediately by Alex Baronio, who not only explained what happened but rectified it immediately. I am a very happy Forzieri customer and always recommend them to my friends.

Horrible Return Policy

Ordered a purse in Sept of last year, asked for a refund form/shipping info and they failed to send me it until I contacted them again in Nov. Shipped the package back and was received in Jan but never got any confirmation that my refund was processed. They kept saying that it was processed but nothing was showing up in my statements. Finally in late March I received confirmation that it was processed.

Long story short the return process is painful and lengthy (6 months), do yourself a favor and ONLY buy if you know you won't be returning.

Would Recommend

I placed an order for the wrong color item and tried to cancel but wasn’t able to get ahold of them. Alex was good at mediating the situation and was able to cancel my order for me. Happy with the outcome. Thank you Alex.

Bad company

Bad company.
Dear Trust pilot, i made a purchase from forzieri, and returned it, they would not refund me for 4 years, they imposed to me store credit, because it was discounted item, and after i contacted consumer rights they refunded me but not all my money. The charged me for returne shipping even though on their website terms and conditions its written that rerurn is free, only i pay the original shipping. Very bad company

Hello,
I'm Alex and I'd like to personally respond to customer Alexandra from Cyprus.
She placed order 8783371 in date 07/01/2016, she received it via DHL, tracking 7079020885, in 2 business days, with free upgrade to express shipping.
She purchased an item on sale, that was listed at €455,00, with 70% OFF she paid it €136,50 + €19 shipping costs, total €155,50.
As CLEARLY written on our return policy, items sold with a discount higher than 60% OFF can be returned only for store credit, with return shipping still covered from us.
She returned the order (not paying 1 cent) and she had a store credit applied for the item cost of €136,50.
She used such amount in 17/09/2019, when she placed a new order, 9012582, for another item on sale (this one 40% OFF), full price €419,00, sale price €251,40. Deducting the €136,50 credit, she ended up paying a difference of 131,90€ (€114,90 difference + €17 shipping costs).
She returned this order as well (again not paying one cent, with a DHL label prepaid from us, tracking 80 0630 3104).
She was refunded for the 114,90€ difference and we reapplied the 136,50€ store credit, correctly.
She requested to be refunded also for the store credit, we told her that as per return policy this is not possible and she started to complain endlessly, also involving the European Consumer Centre.
We explained all the situation to them and we decided together to apply the "right of withdrawal", that is, OK to refund, but she has to cover the return shipping costs, 17€ each (one for each of the two orders), therefore she was rightly refunded for 102,50€ via PayPal, transaction 77K341789E342925H (136,50€ - 17€ -17€).
So by law, everything has been handled correctly.
Despite this, she keeps complaining.

no response/ Forzieri

Hi - I ordered shoes at the end of Jan and it was supposed to be delivered to London. I then got an email saying there was a 2 week delay- so I changed the delivery address to Geneva for delivery there. No items received when until 24 Feb so I cancelled the order. I have so far sent three emails to forzieri @ mail.forzieri.com without a response - including a last email asking for a refund. I tried calling on the Italian customer service numbers - but I cannot get through. Thanks for getting in touch. Order Number 9031939

UPDATE: I had several prompt email exchanges with Alex (customer service) immediately after my post. Apparently the email address I responded to is not the correct one. He offered me several options: refund or continue with the delivery, which he ensures will arrive within 2 weeks. I am changing my rating from 2 to 3 stars at this stage and hope to be pleasantly surprised by Forzieri when it delivers !

Return policy is misleading and their customer service is horrible

Update:

Problem have been solved. Turns out to be a miscommunication. Alex has been very patient and helpful.

I had a very good experience ordering from their website. Package came in quick and on time.

However, I am very disappointed at their return policy. The website clearly indicate “ FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS”. However, when I shipped the bag back and I received the email from their customer service saying that I will have to pay a $15 shipping which will be deducted from my refund. I asked them about their “FREE RETURN” on the website. And they reply me with some statement which is never listed on their website:

“ We confirm that return the shipping costs are free however the order shipping costs are excluded from the refund amount,"​All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Forzieri has received and processed your return.”

Can you please explain what is the difference between return shipping cost and order shipping cost? If you were to charge a customer shipping return fee, you should never listed on your website that you offer free returns BECAUSE YOU DO NOT. THIS IS DISGUSTING.

I received another email today from their customer service telling me they could not refund me and asked me if I have a paypal account for them to process the refund. I’ve had a paypal account long time ago which I do not even remember the password and I replied them with so and without any notice given I later received an email saying they have issued a refund to my Paypal account. I had to try to find and see if I could be able to find my password back and thank god I did. Again, I am surprised at the way they deal with customers because they simply just DO NOT CARE.

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE EVER AGAIN. AND I SUGGEST YOU TO STAY AWAY AS WELL.

I ordered a bag before Christmas

I ordered a bag before Christmas. The wrong bag was sent to me. It seemed to take long time to contact the company about this. The web site says it is a simple process but I don't think that's the case. I have been refunded my money and the company did pay for the bag to be returned to them.
