First Print Had Blemishes On It & I Thought The Returns Policy Was Too Complicated
The website and the check out process was fine, the delivery arrived by normal post within a few days which was fine. But the quality of the print fell below the standard I’d hope for. It looks like it may have been rolled up too soon after printing, and/or rolled too tightly; because there are visible lines smudged vertically through the picture which is unfortunate because the photo itself is beautiful, and if it wasn’t ruined this way it would be perfect. The fact that the returns policy advises that it to be returned by registered post (at the customers expense no less) despite it not being sent to me by registered post was extremely disappointing. I would have liked to have it exchanged for another, untarnished print, but I couldn’t risk not having it back on time to give it as a Christmas gift. I needed a simpler transaction, one that delivered the product I hoped for - without smudge marks embedded in the picture. The cost of returns for something like this should be more favourable and convenient to the customer also.
*Edited to add - I just received the new print, which this time is absolutely perfect. Once Richie read what had happened on this he acted quickly to put things right. 100% top customer service, I can’t thank you enough Richie. Really appreciate you taking care of it without any stress. Happy Christmas to you and yours....

From what you have described with lines running through the image, what would cause this is if the printer was low on ink but this should have been spotted before delivery to you.
We are going to reprint and dispatch your order today so you will have it in time for Christmas.
Our returns policy is only for change of mind and registered post is highly recommended for the sender as proof in case we don't receive the item but this doesn't apply to a damaged product as we wouldn't want you to incur an extra expense to receive your order.

For the price
For the price, the "Print" - which was really just a photo taken of a print - was VERY excessive. The quality was poor, and it was just a real disappointment. Will Never use these people again.
