I honestly wanted to take the time to write a review for this company. We are a large company, using them for the first time and the service was impeccable. They answered, quickly, politely, were bang on time for delivery and collection and the photobooth itself did exactly what it needed to do. We also were able to fully customize our photo strips. I would definitely recommend this company and we will definitely use them again.
everything was fine and went smoothly, but I still would have preferred some more communication about when things would be dropped off and picked up, as the venue also had no idea what those times would be
The photobooth was the icing on the cake for my daughter's 18th birthday, everyone loved it! And a big SO to Melchior who helped us set everything up. Every company needs a Melchior, very friendly and helpful, thanks again!
The company was easy to work with (contacted us when needed), even though we only speak English. They created custom photo sheets which were beautiful and fit our wedding invitation theme. Setting up the machine and background went very smoothly and they coordinated with the location about it without us having to be involved in the process.
The printing was of a great quality, we never had any technical problems and it is great that the machine always prints out two copies of the photos (so that the people who take the photos can take one copy and leave one to us). Wish the pictures were a tad bigger, but besides that we genuinely have no complaints.
We hired a photobooth for our wedding and everything went perfectly! Their communication was professional and they delivered and picked up the photobooth as agreed. We loved their design of our photo strips and the photos came out in good quality. Would definitely recommend working with FotoSnap!
