Money and time saver

I love their resources and coaching program. I wish I had known about them way before I did. It would have saved me money and time, while boosting my confidence. It's really an investment in yourself. Do find out if they have other entrepreneurs in what you want to do in your market.

Support Team is helpful

I joined a 5-Day Challenge and there is an upsell product at a deep discount. But a staff contacted me asking whether I have signed up a Free Trial. She is not informed of what I have actually purchased? So I reached out to the support team for checking the details of the upsell product. But I only got the product name, not the description of the offer. This is probably a common practice for the upsell products, an "industry" issue (Funnel?). As I cannot commit the time for the challenge and opening a new store, I decided to cancel the purchase and request a refund. The support team responded fast, on the same day. She offers me options. As soon as they know my request, they approved and processed the refund immediately. Actually I was given a 14-day free trial for the training platform. The course content are comprehensive I'm like receiving coaching service at a price of $99/month. The value is great especially for new online business entrepreneurs.

I have been learning a lot about social media and business from Foundr during these last few years. Their courses are well designed and easy to follow. The support staff and Foundr have always done a fabulous job as well.

Incredibly Helpful To Get Your Business Started & Scale It

The Foundr Coaching Program has been better than I could've ever imagined! My coach went above and beyond to show me the way whether it was refining Meta ads to increasing conversion on our website. This program is for people looking to learn and become fluent in the tools you need to have to make your business successful. I can't speak highly enough about it!

Great content for beginners but flaws in the services and way too many e-mails upselling

Have some great content available on their site for ecommerce owners to refer to depending at what stage they are in their business journey. Found some areas were inaccessible even though it clearly said you would get access if you were a foundr member which was somewhat annoying. Having sent various screenshots of proof, was still told the same. Also it's overwhelming receiving multiple e-mails on "launching" a product (seems to be the paid service they are promoting at the moment) even though I clearly mentioned I was not at this stage in the sign up process. It was not easy to turn off emails regarding new product launch services so I had to unsubscribe from all. I was not going to leave a review but having used my good money up front for a years membership I thought I would.

Our Honest Experience with Foundr Coaching Program

Joining Foundr’s coaching program has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. Our coach provides regular, insightful guidance, and support is just a message away whenever we have questions. The bi-weekly office hours and live workshops with other coaches are packed with actionable advice, and recordings are available if you miss a session. Our dedicated success manager is always ready to help, and the course library is full of valuable content that keeps us learning and growing. What we appreciate most is the accountability — having a coach and community that keep us focused and on track. Joining Foundr’s 1:1 coaching program…

Joining Foundr’s 1:1 coaching program was a key decision in the growth of my business. I joined right after quitting my 9-5 in tech, and it was a very scary point for me. My coach helped reassure me and give me direction. I always found plenty of resources for what I was struggling with and everyone is willing to give you a hand.

5 star customer service from real people

I have not yet started the programs but I wanted to say that foundr's customer service is lightening speed, super friendly and helpful. So many online programs come without quick and easy customer service support. I needed to reach out about a couple of things and I was so happy to get such a quick and helpful response from an actual person. I really look forward to starting the programs.

An E-Commerce Match Made for Success . After considering several programs to…

After considering several programs to help kickstart my e-commerce journey to a successful business, I am exceptionally impressed with Foundr’s Program. It’s very deep in library sources but the 1:1 Mentor program I joined up for is just amazing. They match you with someone who’s already a success and partners with you. The IT support is also fantastic. And presentations from experts outside of FOUNDR are never ending. Truly a well-rounded professional education and partnership to success on every level. FOUNDR staff from top to bottom love what they do and take you along the ride to success with them.

Being part of the Foundr community has been one of the best decisions I’ve made on my entrepreneurial journey. It has helped keep me focused, encouraged, productive, and—most importantly—connected to a group of founders who are either on the same path or a few steps ahead and willing to guide you.

No matter what stage you're at, Foundr offers unwavering support—whether through their free YouTube content and podcast, one-on-one coaching and mentorship, live events with Nathan and other successful founders, or the Circle platform where you can reach out directly to others for advice and help.

I'm a Foundr Plus and a 1:1 coaching program student. The training program offers immense value and insight for entrepreneurs. Additionally, my mentors and coaches assist me in elevating my business. While I am ultimately responsible for advancing the company, they provide valuable guidance. I highly recommend the Foundr Plus mentorship program.

Great experience so far

I’m currently doing the 1:1 coaching program with Foundr and it’s been incredibly helpful. From the very beginning, everything worked perfectly — I was quickly assigned a coach who really understood my business and goals, and the onboarding process was smooth and professional.
The coaching sessions have been of immense help so far, providing clarity, structure, and personalized support that’s already making a difference.
Also, every time I had an administrative or general question, the Foundr team responded immediately and with great attention. Their customer service is truly outstanding.
