I moved my business over from Amaze (formerly TeeSpring) to Fourthwall and it is SO MUCH better. They are honest and actually pay you on time every MONTH. They are reliable and have fast customer service response. In addition, they have way more robust features in products and creator options. I love the app too. I'm extremely happy with it.

Recently started using Fourthwall for my Merchandise Shop. Great product range and so far the feedback from people who have purchased has been postive.
I did have an issue with one product that I had purchased for myself, but the team in Fourthwall were amazing and worked with the manufacturer to get the product to the quality level I desired. Excellent level of support and service.

I had a strange issue where I didn't get a payout for September. It took some time for me to discover the issue because I was dealing with a family emergency at the time. So FW was holding on to a significant amount of money for me - almost two months worth. The accounting was accurate, but for some reason, the deposit just didn't get sent. I contacted the chat who put me directly in contact with the support team and wthin 48 hours the issue was resolved with assurances that it would not happen again.

Fourthwall has been nothing but supportive and W since I have been apart of the fam. Customer support is A1. Quick and responsive and keep you updated throughout the process. Thanks again and my brand is thriving over here.

Ordered a cap as a product test.
The logo was not on straight and it was too high on cap. The embroidery was not good quality either.

I wish I could upload a photo. Shockingly bad.

Emailed 2 representative from Fourthwall, even though they we're not able to cater expedited shipping. Ivana and Daniel really tried they're best in communicating with the manufacturer and at the same time, responding to me messages as well. It's great to know that Fourthwall customer support is on top with the customers concerns thank you Ivana and Daniel!!

Good delivery process. Was able to deliver to a PO Box in Australia. The AOP hoodie and stickers were good quality and printed well. I recommend reading reviews to see if you need to size up. I bought a one size up for the hoodie and it was great. Fit well and comfortable.

I was in IT all my life (now retired with small biz). I know what great customer service is and Forthwall gives service to their customers just like I did. They are prompt and professional with intelligent people answering your questions. Can't ask for more.
