I contacted the support team, because a package supposedly couldn't be delivered. Despite the fact that I can prove through my surveillance cam that there has never been any delivery attempt.
At first the team was great, they kept me in loop on the proceedings and that they awaited the return of the package, which could be a while. After about 5 weeks they reach out again, that the package finally arrived. I responded within minutes and got no response. They contacted me on the SAME thread again is responded withing minutes again and got ghosted again. On the third time they said they would close the ticket since I weren't responding. I responded to that one again even threatening legal action causee quite frankly I've had it with them. No reply ever since.

I uploaded one design and every single time the platform's editor crashed my system. I reached out and though someone would respond, it was only to kick the can along. After two weeks, I gave up on the platform. They have zero technical support - engineering as they refer to it as.

Thank you for proving my point. No, I won't be contacting Eli. However, I have received emails from Ivana H. (2X), Maria Luisa D'Angelo (3X), Elias Moreno (2X), and Josh Villanueva (1X). Bottom line, not one representative resolved the issue I was experiencing in a two-week period.
I made the decision to permanently delete my account. Oh, that's a fun process too. I sent a request twice knowing the disorganization of the staff would be problematic, and as I anticipated, I received two separate answers. One from Villanueva stating my request was escalated and once complete, a confirmation email would be sent. A second response from D'Angelo requesting my URL in order to move forward with deletion. How about allowing customers the option to delete their accounts manually like every platform out there? Why do I have to send email after email to try to get assistance? Why is every single step as sluggish as your system? I don't know, but if you don't delete my account, I will be back here to share my grievances with anyone who wants to read about my experience.

The quality of the merchandise is incredible, delivery is prompt and the customer service team always go above and beyond! Eli in Fourthwall support was a lifesaver recently when I had a payout issue and fixed it all within minutes. Super prompt replies to email concerns and I credibly reassuring and friendly staff!
So far the experience is good, reliable platform, you can see your daily analytics ( visits, sales) by day/ week/ month. The payment processing is professional and immaculate, they follow up till the money gets to your bank and notify you . I used other selling platforms and I like Fourthwall so far. They also answer Emails quickly and they provide you with the proper information ( not the robotic, automatic one ).
