THIS IS NOT UNITED AIRLINES! They are operating under the name of ALPHA FARE on their contracts. Don't be fooled by your search results for United Airlines phone number. They do a very good job pretending to take care of you as though they are the "Resolution Department", but truth be told they just pay a lot to Google to be the top search result for 'United Airlines phone number.' Unfortunately, I went through the whole process of giving them ALL my personal information and credit card info before I realized what had happened. They are super smooth, emails and authorization forms (with no obvious company name until you get to the fine print, but of course the United logo with the flight info), they talk the talk of an airline agent and I thought nothing of it until the end of the call when he said "Thank you for calling (some company name other than United Airlines that I couldn't distinguish), enjoy your evening." Luckily I caught it in time and was able to lock my card before the charge was processed. Anbre called me back about 15 minutes later to let me know the charge didn't go thru, and was immediately defensive that he did tell me who they were up front (not true). At that point, he knew I was on to them and was pretty quick to get rid of me.

These guys are homophonic republicans that won’t let me book a flight with my dear wife Ben. I was talking to Jeremy on the phone and he said they were scammers. I am very dissatisfied. I will come to Pakistan and sleep with all your mothers. You better watch out.

To be honest I was scared to book seeing some old reviews but I did it anyway because I needed the cheap ticket. 4 days before my trip I received an email & text message stating that my flight info has been changed (that freaked me out). When I received the message all I could think is "Omg *****...", but when I opened it turns out it was just a change in flight times. Overall I had a great experience (not perfect because of the last minute change by the airlines but I can't blame these guys).

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I tried to call United airlines and this number showed up on Google. They ARE NOT United Airlines!

They tried to charge us a ridiculous amount to rebook a flight and it came out to more than double what I found in 5 seconds 9n Google flight search. They assured me that theirs was the cheapest and urged me to cancel my other booking and stay with them. It took me over an hour on the phone to get them to actually say they canceled the booking through them. Now I am uneasy about them having our information.

Not to mention, the supervisor in the reservations department, Ron (so he told me...) was very smug, talked extremely fast and was very pressuring to continue our booking even after all these issues.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND STEER CLEAR. If I could give these guys a negative rating I would. This is the WORST booking experience I have ever seen.

Got a great end minute flight deal by Joshua. Travelling has become challenging at these tough times, however you guys managing the show very well. Thanks again.

Horrible. We made the mistake of calling them to confirm my flight and they were extremely rude and tried to charge extra money for a ticket we already had, saying the price went up. Bad bad.

This company is a scam they almost scammed me for 1800 please pay attention before you give out your information. This company got shut down and right now I brand new number that's outsourced out of India or Pakistan were a lot of scammers try to scam people for living. The guy hang up on my face when I asked him to send me an email please be careful

My husband and I do not travel very often. I have never traveled outside
of the United States. We had set up a weeklong trip to go from Eugene
Oregon to Cabo. Until my husband came down with pneumonia. We had to
cancel our trip as well as our Airline tickets. I was given Daizy
Scott from Fourway Travels to help me cancel my reservations. Daisy did
an amazing job helping me under a stressful situation. She told me I
would get a refund and I believed her but I’ve never canceled airline
tickets before so I was a bit leery. The money arrived in my bank
account just as she said. I am very grateful to Daizy for having great
customer service and follow through. I hope her supervisors know what a
good customer service reps she is. Thanks a bunch Daizy.

I booked a flight for me and my family to Vegas. I was stunned to get such cheap tickets just a week before my travel. I was travelling from Delhi to Vegas and they helped me get a great deal. This is my go to company everytime I plan my air travel.
