The packers were very good
The packers were very good. Kieran quietly got the job done and Lewis was very thoughtful and attentive, even getting some bottled water for us when we reached our destination. As it was a mad rush in the end some boxes were not labelled which caused some confusion and a few items were left behind. Overall happy with the service.

Disappointed
The team was friendly, but removed pre-packed items - that I did not realize were not allowed - without checking with me- leaving me to find them. Small liquids (otc meds) no big deal, but they removed dried roses from a sealed vase - which were from my wedding 33 years ago. My wife has passed away, making this a particularly sentimental heirloom. Plus, as they were dried, in a sealed glass container, there was no need to disturb them. This has moved with me through several countries ; never had a problem before. When removed, since they are so old and fragile, some disintegrated. They had already packed away the glass jar, so when I found the roses, I could not put them back. All this could have been avoided had they just asked me first. Very disappointed.

Sean, Kieran and Jamie were a fantastic team ( sorry if I spelt any names wrong)....lovely people who really care about what they do and handled our possessions with care. We had a lot to move into a house without easy access. The job had been under quoted by another branch of Fox's, both for lorry space and people needed.... Sean resolved all of the issues on our behalf, which we were so grateful for. On moving in day extra (necessary) team arrived to help unload the 2 lorries... one was quoted, but would never have fitted all of our stuff. A massive thank you to the amazing team who made our move experience the best it could be.

A great removal company!
I was very impressed with the company from start to finish. They carried out a comprehensive survey prior to giving me a competitive quote. Keith and Matt were great when we had to postpone our move with only a few days to go due to issues further down the chain. On the day of the move, the team were great. They worked quickly and carefully, making sure to take good care of the more fragile items, including my piano. They also offloaded my possessions into my new home carefully with a minimum of fuss. I can’t recommend Foxes enough! I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

As I was already living overseas they took over the shipping without causing me any distress and although my shipment is still sailing it seems to be going very well to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
