Took 7 months to get my clothes and when I did they drew literally prints on cheap material. They were supposed to be patchwork sewn pants and sweatshirts. Contacted Synchrony bank through my PayPal credit for a refund and they have done nothing to get my money back for 2 months.

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances I ordered goods in January that did not arrive until May and they were cheap knock offs printed on spandex not the textured bamboo material as advertised. They looked nothing like the photographs and are in serious breach of trading standards.

I ordered in January and didn’t receive my order until May. When my orders did arrive there where several items that were not what I ordered. The materials used did not look like the advertised items. I was sent the wrong colors for several items. The photos used to advertise the items, didn’t match.

I don’t want to give them any stars. Do not purchase from them, they are a scam. I ordered riding pants beginning Jan 2020. After repeated attempts to track the delivery, the tracking link has now expired and it’s almost June with no hope of ever receiving the product.

I placed an order on 2/15 which has yet to arrive. The last message I received assured me that I would get my order within 20 business days. That was last week. I will be cancelling on my credit card.Do NOT trust this company to fulfill your order. This may be a scam outfit versus something selling outfits.

Absolute joke of a company, I ordered in January and following failed attempts at delivery, delivery company sent my parcel back , delivery didn’t leave contact number to rearrange delivery orcollection (excuse those people that work full time) anyway after numerous emails requesting refund of £67 and them saying will apply for refund I still waiting this has been going on since January, absolute joke for a company, customer service appalling, theifts for a company , don’t even deserve 1 star APPALLING

I ordered pants from them. Fabric was supposed to be linen coffee color. Took months to arrive and it’s pink polyester. I requested a refund several times and they refused. I ordered two sets of leggings that never arrived but they have my money. They are a

So disapointed. The fabric isn't the same as on the selling picture. These leggings ends up to be in 100% polyester. the color isn't the same as on the picture. I waited three months to receive it. I don't receive answers and the web site seems to be closed...

I ordered some "tights" that arrived, with a material that was totally different than the picture.
I tried to return them, and I'm getting no response whatsoever!

I spent 60.00 on Jan. 29 . I still have not got my pants I ordered. It is now March 30th.

They never sent me my order and refused to give any concrete information as to status. Fortunately, I used PayPal so I got my money back.
