After paying online get ready to pay almost $700 more at the pickup place. Do not pay $90 for unlimited toll because you don’t have to pay toll in San Francisco. We travelled south and north of SF but there was no toll. Don’t get fool. They will rip you off.

The staff was friendly, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The quality of the car and accessories we rented were not good. We paid in full ahead to reserve a specific family of vehicle type and our reservation was given away. As we arrived they had one car left, so it was be stranded or take what they had left. Which was a lesser value reservation cost, that we were not refunded on. Their compensation was a half of tank of gas. (That was one expensive half of tank of gas)

NEVER AGAIN !!! Terrible company, hour wait to check-in, vehicle contracted not held or available, side view mirror fell off, THEN double charged me for the rental. What's to like, rating should be zero.

Horrible customer service they double charged me and then argued with me that I was wrong, they also secur a $400 hidden fee deposit

Everything was great even though I was disappointed on not getting the vechile I originally paid for but I was disappointed on how dirty the car was that we have received. For amount of money you shall out should atleast get a clean vechile especially clean windows so you can see out of it!

Would not recommend. Long line when we arrived to the rental site from the airport. Quick, short customer service who conned us in to upgrading a vehicle but played it off as they were doing us a favor and it was included. Had us prepay for full tank of gas which we only used a half a tank and we did not get reimbursed.

They told you to bring the car back empty, so the charge us 2.77 a gal. We are suppose to get a refund, because we bought the car back half full.
It was not a new car it was a 2018.

I thought I had prepaid my car rental with wisecars.com. After paying about $300 for a 4 day rental, there were about $55 dollars that I had to pay at Fox facility when picking up the rented car. They place so many additional mandatory charges that at the end I paid $250 additional that were not mentioned when I originally reserve the car via wisecars.com. I feel this is a scam. I ce you get to their location you have no other choice but to pay what they are telling you.

We had a very positive and friendly experience with the agent and manager who attended our needs. I had left my CC in the car we brought back and he personally called us and told us how to retrieve it. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness. We appreciate your concern for the customer.
