Very slow to respond to my concerns…
Very slow to respond to my concerns regarding my orders. Most importantly, I received the wrong items and when I asked for the correct items to be overnighted to me so my samples don't have to be thrown away, all I got was crickets.

I was going to provide 2 stars
I was going to provide 2 stars, due to my expectation that the masks were manufactured by FLS (made in China), but feel like that’s my fault for not ensuring made in USA. Price is ok, but cheaper KN95 versions available on Amazon. I was willing to pay a premium for a made in USA label, so was disappointed overall.

The order showed delivered at door. It’s a Post Office. I didn’t realize you were sending fedex. I’ve been to Post office and nothing was delivered. Tracking shows left at front door.

Disappointing customer service
I am really happy with the products but unfortunately my experience with Foxx's customer service was very disappointing.
I order 4 units of 4L+1L VacTrap and received only 1 unit without any explanation of what the status of the other 3 units was. To find out when the rest of the order will be delivered, I had to call Foxx almost every day for two weeks. Every time I called, I was promised to hear back by the end of the day but I didn't hear back 90% of the times and was transferred between different departments/personnel.
Again, I am very satisfied with Foxx's products and hoping that its customer service can be improved as well.
