Terrible site, bad signal, lose more than you gain. Only reason I joined was due to my favourite game, when you top up, it takes you off the game making you start again. You will not win much on this site.

Watch out with this site. They cheat and mislead the customer in regards to promotions. I took up an offer and deposited £30. I should have recieved 30 spins and £1.50. Never got it so popped to live chat and was told it was a technical problem and to send snapshot in an email. My return mail told me it was a weekend promotion only and even though I deposited on a Sunday morning I was basically told " bad luck as the weekend according to Foxy casino was a Friday and Saturday.
I found the replies very short and though I love their mix of games I WILL NOT deposit here again. Had the same type of problem the week previous with Foxy bingo. Actually thinking about taking this misleading promotion to a higher level as I don't believe this is fair to customer.

This site is awful! I have been playing for a few months never won a penny back spent quite a lot of money aswell.

Two days ago I finally won £500 I was very happy, until I tried to withdraw it.
It seems a lot of us are having the same issue, instead of letting me withdraw my funds they have placed a block on my account! I have tried countless ways to contact them every time getting the same reply ‘you have to wait for an email’ the email never arrives.
I thought id see if it would let me withdraw a smaller amount so I tried £5 and it allowed me to withdraw this! But is refusing to let me withdraw the other £495

Would it be better if I do 99 £5 withdrawals because big withdrawals are clearly triggered by your system and automatically blocked!

It is a complete scam and I will be taking this further!

What am absolute con they are, they still have my 350 even though am self excluded now bit still have access to my account, everytime I try to withdraw or add my paypal it say I cannot add an option as I am self excluded, I made numerous deposits and withdraws with no bother but when I self excluded and made my withdrawal it never came and still in my account,

I always start with low wagers to try out. should have noticed after I was given 50 free spins and won a grand total of 16p out of £10 worth of spins went on to lose 20£ deposit with 2 measly wins lower than my wager. won't be playing here again.
following the response from foxy I did give the site another try in case as they claim it was just unlucky! I deposited 20£ and won a grand total of 20 and 40p totalling 60p in money back! (cant call it a win if its less than or equal to the wager of 40p a spin). thats 50 spins! so I stand by my review. this site has the worst odds!

Takes your money quick enough but when it comes to paying out they don't give you it. Talking to customer services is like talking to brick wall. They owe me £320 which I won but they aren't letting me withdraw it. Do not use this site they are awful

If u win anything over than £100 dont expect to receive youre money.

Ive emailed the relevent gambling commission, and resolver. After winning £300 they deceided to suspenspend my account with out warning me i sent in all ID before they asked for it. Was advised 24 hours hours 48 hours later nothing but the correct team have my documents and have been reviewing it for over 40 hours now. Apparently there is no manager to talk to, and we as customers ARE NOT aloud to talk with security team. Ive now been told to stop contacting them and wait for them to contact me. I will update if i receive my money and how long it takes but thats a big IF.

Upon winning a few decent wins with my own deposited money, my balance was upto £600, and then upon trying to withdraw the funds they said they had put a block on the withdrawal pending my identification being shown.
