Wanted all sorts of proof photo ID and address that’s fine, but then wanted photo ID with a picture of me holding it, and front and back of bank card used, blocked out numbers to prevent fraud but no wanted it unblocked. I have used foxy games for quite a while an problems were rare but few weeks ago i wanted to withdraw my winnings of 90pound an the 12th may my bank says its pending. Well today is the 21st may an its still pending. Iv been on the live chat many times emailed them an they say it will be 3-5 days well its past that.A couple ofdays ago as i was trying to sort it i recieved a message saying they have closed my account. No explanaion. I don't understand their withdrawal policies, I am all verified and requested a withdrawal which was approved shortly after, but its been 2 days now and I still haven't received it.
