I have been buying Foxylocks for years and have always been really happy. However, on September 2023 I bought 14” jet black clip ins for a wedding. Now 8 months later May 2024 they have been continuously shedding and are now unwearable, they are so thin. Need a new set but I am not sure I want to risk Foxylocks again

i recieved my order from foxy locks day after i ordered and i wasn’t disappointed at all x i have been using extensions for around 12 years x had wefts rings and nanos and clip ins but these are amazing xx they are so discreet comfortable and the colour match is perfect x they are so soft and thick and i can put them away and don’t have the uncomfortable feeling in bed x i have been searching for about a year now for something that will be comfortable and let my own hair grow as well and i think i’ve found my perfect match x have styled and worn them several times and not had to wash yet so will see how they go after a wash but. i’m really happy with them so far xx

I have been ordering from foxylocks since 2021, I absolutely cannot fault them.
The quality of hair is the best I’ve ever had and with the right care they will last a long time.
They are definitely pricey and I have previously looked elsewhere for extensions for slightly cheaper but I’m yet to find anywhere that offers quality as good as foxylocks. You definitely get what you pay for.
Since 2021 I have only had to buy 4 sets of extensions as they last a long time, and I dye mine and apply heat regularly.

I absolutely recommend and will continue to buy from here!

AVOID! I have purchased over £250 worth from Foxy Locks. 20 inch brondie extensions and the "free gift" of the hair curlers. The extensions seemed lovely at first, until a few hours later where it was very clear the hair was poor quality. It looked like I'd been dragged through a hedge backwards!!! The hair I have been sent is frizzy, unusable and unmanageable. In 14+ years of having hair extensions, I can honestly say I've never had this issue. Ever.
When I contacted customer services, I was told (this is literally copied and pasted from their email): " We appreciate that you have only worn them a couple of times but sometimes they do need to be refreshed with a deep conditioning hair mask" ... I was also told they only recommended the hair be washed every 3 weeks... I have queried whether it is normal for their hair extensions to need to have a deep conditioning treatment after essentially day 1! If they're this bad now, what will they be like in 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months!? The hair curlers pop and make strange sounds so they've got a fault too!! After going backwards and forwards on email exchange, I have finally been told: " If you would like to return the set and the curling wand we can investigate this for you to see if there are manufacturing faults with either item. If there are we would be able to offer you a refund or replacement? Please note if there are no faults found we will need to return them back to you as they have been worn meaning return is void. Would you like to return them?" - presumably this return would be at my expense, and I can already tell that Foxy Locks already are refusing that there is anything wrong other than the hair "needing a wash" ... I know if I send them for a refund they'll send them straight back. Returns policy is a joke, and I will be passing this onto the consumer ombudsman, financial ombudsman and trading standards. I have multiple photos, videos and email correspondence and will not rest until I return these items. I cannot belive I had such high high hopes for Foxy locks, and as a customer not only have I not at all recieved what I've paid for, the products aren't fit for purpose and the returns process is impossible! Don't lose your money girls! Go to Sway or Beauty works, I wish I had stuck to them now! Honestly, reliable and great products unlike Foxy Locks!!!! I wish more than anything I could upload photos of the matted, frizzy awful 2 DAY OLD HAIR! I'm absolutely distraught. I will continue writing reviews on every platform and reach out again to Foxy Locks then update the review or even remove it if I actually get a refund.

I ordered the wrong colour but the company seems like it’s run by lovely people and the hair came in beautiful packaging and good condition. Hopefully will get a refund but had no problem with ordering or shipping! Will leave another review after refund given! X

I was a little worried about the quality of the extensions before I ordered them, when they arrived I was in shock of how good the quality was. You can’t even tell they are extensions! It gives the thickness, volume and length all in one. I had emails with my tracking and can hands up say I will definitely be ordering again best extensions I’ve had!

I was in foxy locks few weeks back and got the 16week blow dry from simon whole experience was fantastic,
Was back again this week and got balayage done by katelyn andi was very happy with result my hair was beautiful and she was such a lovely hair dresser, she made me fell very welcome and conversation flowed,
All the staff were excellent and the chats between clients and staff was lovely,
It felt more like sitting at home in your kitchen chatting with friends!!!!
I will definitely be using this salon as my go to salon.

Amazing extension and customer care very rialable. Some troubles getting the parcel due to customs in Italy but it was worth the wait.

Left this review for a while bought feb 2024 now is april 2024 2 months after bought washed a few times, top quality ponytail not overly keen on shape ends blunt ponytail but i had many compliments still in excellent condition even wore on holiday used serums and protectors, not needed to curl air dry flat after wash takes 2 to 3 days less heat longer pony lasts my overall review of foxy locks is fab and will use again i have used other companies in past wrong colour and weight sent this is true to photos and description on website.

I bought the hair oil and the very next day I had so many compliments on my hair. Best brand and amazing customer service and care. Absolutely couldn’t recommend enough.

Absolutely love foxylocks honestly the best quality hair on the market I’ve tried hair from a lot of different companies and none of them are a patch on foxylocks❤️

I ordered clip ins from another brand G** hair recently and was very disappointed by the quality, the hair didn’t flow properly as parts of the hair gripped together. They had to constantly be brushed to look good.

I went to foxy locks as an alternative as I used to get them years ago. I’m so glad I did. The quality is better than I remember: the hair is bouncy and flows beautifully, not to mention the colour match was spot on. I also got the 18” and they measured a little longer 19.5”. I’ll definitely be sticking with foxy locks from now on :)

Unfortunately, this is the end of Foxylocks receiving my custom.

This will probably mean nothing to the company, but after receiving my latest order and not helping to resolve the issue, I will no longer use these company as I believe the product I purchase was not fit for purpose and did not look at all like the images and videos.

Rating 2 stars as I have love their products in the past but this latest order has not lived up to expectations.

The extensions I received looked and felt ok so I removed from the packaging. I toned them prior to trying on the first time. I had no concerns with the extensions, I have purchased several sets, ponytails etc for several years and never had an issue. After toning I went to try on and I realised how blunt they had been cut. Making it impossible to wear these extensions as they would not blend into my hair cut to the cut. When this was raised with the customer service team they agreed the extensions did not look right, however due to the toning they wouldn't be looking into the matter any further and said if I took them to a hair dresser to cut it wouldn't need much cutting (agreeing they we blunt/choppy)

I didn't ask for a refund (I knew that wasn't to be expected as the hair had been toned) but maybe they could have offered a few extra wefts to try and help blend these extensions.

Perfect colour match! Amazing quality. So thrilled with my purchase. Bought for my wedding to add some extra volume and it was just perfect made me feel so confident

Received my shampoo and conditioner. Eager. To try sadly. The shampoo pump don't work and results ain't what expected.
