Amazing silky hair extensions. I have alopecia and very very thin hair. Have tried other extensions but these are the only ones which are truelly invisible. I bought the santorini rooted volumiser and it is amazing. Not one person has been able to spot it and my friends are pretty critical when things look wrong. So happy to finally find a solution which gives me my hair back. It literally is a god send.

The quality is always the best, this is why I order each time from FoxyLocks. The only thing is if you're from Canada, expect to pay almost a hundred dollars more in customs clearance at your door than the price you originally paid.

Very happy with foxy locks them are just amazing super quality hair are definitely my favorite extensions ever l absolutely recommend to everyone to not hesitate to buy those.

Scam. Avoid!!

After consulting Foxy through Instagram DM they were able to colour match me, I ordered the extensions and colour they advised and to my surprise they were the exact match!!! The quality of hair is amazing for the price and I couldn’t be happier.

do not recommend. i bought clip in extensions and they have been washed and i let them air dry and they are absolutely ruined , all frizzy i even tried leaving them in a hair mask and didnt do anything

Awful experience
Company processed my order, took the money from my account. Only to then send an email stating the item was “no longer in stock” on the day it was meant to be shipped.

Why would you take customers money knowing the item is no longer in stock!?

The returns process is impossible. They make the returns process so so difficult. They emailed me over a return label, which I then had to pay to print off since they couldn't send me a QR code like every other company in the modern world, then when I tried to send the return via the post office I was told I had to go to a specialty delivery office the other side of town, so once again I'm out of pocket. They've now received my return and have just emailed me saying I have to pay a £3 fee for the return. I was never once informed of this fee, and what was the point in all of the above if I still have to pay? Their products aren't cheap at all and now I have to keep paying out of pocket simply because I want to return something - they also now have the hair extensions and are essentially holding them ransom until I pay the fee so what choice do I have?

Terrible experience, my first initial order, the item didn’t turn up, they made me wait weeks and blamed it on Royal Mail, overall the hair was nice and I made a second order a few months later.

Unfortunately didnt receive the same quality of hair, the hair colour looked NOTHING like the colour online and when it turned up it was horrendous, I think they changed supplier or something.
Total waste of money !

Best hair extensions by far I’ve used foxy locks for years on end and I wear them every single day without fail they’re by far the best on the market, I never leave reviews but feel as though this company deserves it! They may be expensive but you save money in the long run such high quality ! Thanks foxy locks you’ll always be the brand I come to for my hair extensions !

this was my first time ordering from foxy locks & I'll be a returning customer forsure! this company had amazing customer service- I had questions & they emailed me back within 10 minutes... I was not expecting immediate help but it was very appreciated. I am a professional hairstylist & it is very hard to source good quality hair extensions & these ones are amazing. for the price I'd say this is the best you're going to find. they are super thick all the way to the ends, and are holding up very well so far with minimal shedding, i love the seamless band so much, i have also coloured them & they still feel amazing (other brands that I tried colouring would feel terrible after because they were bad quality) even though i only use 5 volume developer when comouring my extensions. i have nothing bad to say about anything! I'll be recommending this company to all of my clients from now on! shipping was also very fast- about 5 days to Canada.
