Reception was nice

Reception was nice, picking you up from the airport a disaster. The driver wouldn’t speak english and said it was my problem if I didn’t understand. Made me identify twice and wouldn’t leave until I proved him I had the keys. Tremendously ridiculous cause I had already contacted parkwall at my arrival, and didn’t request that from other passengers.Very thankful to the other passengers who helped me out.

A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT !!!

Personne au parking malgré une arrivée en avance et personne ne réponds au téléphone. Nous avons du trouver un parking à l’aéroport en urgence pour ne pas rater notre vols. Résultat, 59€ payés à HOP parking pour rien + 275€ payés au parking de l’aéroport et aucun remboursement ni retour de HOP. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!
No one at the parking place despite an early arrival and no answer from my phone calls. We had to fin in emergency another parking directly at the airport not to lose the flight. Result: 59€ paid to HOP + 275€ paid at the parking at the airport and neither reimbursement nor feedback from HOP. TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY!!!

Valet didn't answer the phone to punish us

I was late and the valet was not angry about that. He told me i am not sure to be there to pick up your car and then he didn't answer our call. We were stressed and worried about missing our plane. Finally he came but it was not fun and it's a pity to act like that.

As we state in our terms and conditions, which you have agreed to, the Customer is responsible for being present at the Parking Provider in a timely manner. It could also happen that the customer had other customers in the mean time or was potentially driving, which explains why they did not respond as quickly as expected. We will nevertheless review this issue with the parking to see what exactly happened. If there is anything in particular you would like for us to investigate, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or telephone. We remain at your service. 1h waiting

They left 20 min waiting at Schiphol at departure flight and 1 hour after my call and claiming my luggage. For a valet parking this is totally unacceptable !!!! You take this service to go quick
