Terrible experience
Parkos is a combination of two services: (i) car parking; and, (ii) shuttle back and forth to the airport. The car parking service was fine. The shuttle service was a total disaster. On our way back, we contacted Parkos to notify that we arrived. The person on the phone mentioned that they will pick us up in 5 to 10 minutes (very fine). However, we waited in total over 1h to be picked up. We first waited approx 25min for a first shuttle to arrive. That first shuttle was full already and me have to wait for the next shuttle coming "in 5mins" according to the driver. Approx 20min later, the second shuttle arrives, full as well but the driver tells us that a next shuttle will come "in max 5 min". Approx 15min later, the third shuttle arrived and picked us up. Despite the fact the all the drivers were unpleasant (to stay polite), I truly believe the overall shuttle service organization is clearly lacking of professionalism. I can understand the fact that too many flights can arrive at the same time and create a bottleneck on the shuttle organization (although we are asked to provide an estimate of our arrival time when booking the parking, which should help you to get yourself organized). In this case, you should notify it to the customers and they will adapt accordingly (you can grab a cup of coffee, eat something, etc instead of waiting on crowed parking lot with no view on what to expect) instead of overpromising (We'll be there in 5 min) and underdelivering (over 1h).
Parkos was the cheapest option in terms of pricing and the reason is not the distance from the airport but the very poor customer service. Next time, I will definitely pay a little extra to go to another service provider and hopefully avoid such inconvenience. I will not recommend Parkos around me.
