MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAITING IN THE COLD
Parked at Parkway Kerklaan, 125 Machelen. At return we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes on the airport parking lot for the driver to pick us up, called him 10+ times every time hearing that he'll be there within 5 minutes... Worst experience ever. When he arrived we were 12 people on a 8+1 minibus... unacceptable.

Quick service and on time
Quick service and on time. Only spoke German, no English so kind of hard to communicate.

Not very efficient and rude
Not very efficient. We got to the address of Parkwall and then told that there was not enough place so we followed the van and went to a bigger parking area. This whole process took 20 min as the van was not on site, rather dropping of others. At pickup the driver came to the airport, drove us the parking area and told us to hurry that if we didn’t exit quickly with him, we would be locked in and have to wait for him to return. Rude to say the say the least.
