Buyer beware

EDIT: Almost immediately after writing this review, I received an email from Fragola, wanting to rectify the situation. Customer service was great during this interaction, so that's a positive, and I appreciate the follow-up. In the end, I ended up getting a refund for my order, so all's well that ends well.

Buyer beware! I'd leave zero stars if I could. Shipping took over 3 weeks, so my items didn't arrive in time for Christmas. There is not an online return process, so after several emails back & forth, we were told that we'd have to pay for international shipping to Portugal (even though my order was shipped from Indiana, US). We paid for return shipping, and are still waiting for our refund six weeks later. So disappointing that in this world of online shopping this is such a long, difficult, expensive process. We'll never be shopping here again, and unless you don't have a time frame, or know you'll like the product, i would steer clear.

Excellent customer service and very quick replies. I wanted an exchange as ordered the wrong type of phone case and they helped me with so much care and attention. Phone case is very high quality and gorgeous design. Highly recommend and will be buying again!

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful and very supportive customer service from the Fragola team.

My original package was unfortunately lost by the courier, which was frustrating at first. However, the Fragola team was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the process. They kept me informed, followed up with the courier, and sent a replacement so I wouldn’t have to wait longer.I really appreciate the care they showed in resolving the situation and making sure everything was sorted in the end.

Matter resolved.

My daughter agreed a return for her phone case and paid for the return- the return was returned back despite being the correct address given.
Having written a poor review previously, im now pleased to amend this review in a positive manner.
The Company did respond post reading my previous review and acted very promptly in offering 2 solutions and ultimately a full refund.

I had issues with receiving my package.

and ordering packages in Italy has honestly been a nightmare. When I ordered my Fragola phone case, I was really excited, but unfortunately there were delivery issues with the courier.

Despite the issue not being their fault at all, the Fragola team showed incredible kindness and compassion toward my situation. They went above and beyond to help me, even offering to change the delivery address to New Zealand and cover the additional costs themselves.

That level of care meant so much to me. It’s rare to experience customer service that is this thoughtful and understanding. I truly appreciate the support and the effort the team made to help resolve the issue. Thank you so much 🍓🍓🍓🍓

I really recommend this brand

I really like this brand, super cute patterns and sturdy designs. I had an issue with an item and the customer service team dealt with it straight away and made sure I was taken care of and received a new product! I would recommend always thank you fragola :)

I recently purchased a phone case from Fragola, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
The quality of the case is outstanding, beautifully designed. You can really tell that attention to detail and care go into every product!

Delayed delivery, poor quality, no refund

Delivery took roughly three weeks and therefore didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. That would have been manageable on its own, but the product also fell short of expectations: the plastic feels noticeably cheap and rigid, and the AirPods case didn’t fit at all. We decided to return it and, after several emails back and forth, were instructed to cover the €9 return shipping to Portugal ourselves. We eventually did so, but it turned out to be throwing good money after bad — the refund never arrived.

Late delivery- great costumer service!

First things first, i will say that this website has really cute covers for a lot of phone models, so i ordered a cover for my new s25 on january 30th. Despite the website saying 3-8 business days for european union, it took 17 days, and got it february 16th

i will say that the cover feels really nice and sturdy (i ordered "DUH" design, in the "tough" case type), but the design of the cover had some weird flaws, like dark streaks through some of the design and weird morphing of the circles on the side.

The company reached out to me, and their costumer service is really nice and offered to send me a new cover, and another design for free too. They gave me updates throughout the whole process, and i'm glad we got it all sorted out!

Lovely customer service

I ordered a snap phone case from Fragola and once it arrived, unfortunately, there was a small printing error where brand-name was a little off centre at the back. I had also decided I wanted more of a protective case than a snap case so I got in contact with customer service. Once I emailed them they were kind enough to send a free replacement, change the design and also change the case type. I wanted to add a photo of the case that I received today, but it doesn’t seem to be giving me the option. I would recommend shopping with this brand as they were really supportive through the emailing process. While errors can be made, how a company deal with fixing the problems is vital to a shoppers experience.

Five Star Customer Service Team

I was a bit worried when we did not receive our exact order of phone cases, but was extremely impressed with the Fragola Customer Service Team member who did a wonderful job in rectifying the situation. The member with whom I was communicating was supportive and efficient during the whole process of trying resolve our issue. I went from almost telling my daughter not to buy anything from this brand to fully supporting them wholeheartedly after this positive experience!
