Product received was not ordered . received product can be purchased for less then product ordered and that was advertised. Very disappointed. Produced received is useless. No effort has been by your company to correct this error.

We are sorry you are not satisfied. Unfortunately, you have never contacted us regarding any problem. We gladly accept returns. If we send the wrong product, we can send a return label for shipping. We are very easy to contact. We respond to email almost immediately, and we have a customer service phone number where we return messages very promptly.
It is disappointing you have a chosen such a public forum for your complaint without ever giving us a chance to attempt remedy the problem first. It's unclear how we were supposed to correct a problem we never knew about. We work hard at customer satisfaction. Such a misleading, inaccurate review is hurtful to us and our mission of excellent customer service.

Worse experiece!!
A did ordered 6 bottles 2.5oz cavalli oro and I've received 6 bottles 1.4 cavalli oro
Called costumer service and l was told that was an error in the sistem... But 2.5oz cavalli not in stock!!
So l asume they just sent any size available in stock without even noticing me...,when l called to complain they didn't even offer me a return label!!

As we discussed, there was an error in our system regarding this order. We not only offered to send more to make up for the error, we offered a full refund and did send a return label. We apologize for the error, but we certainly remedied the situation to the best of our ability.
Horrible Experience
I purchased a bottle of perfume to send to someone and when they got it the top wasn't in the box. This was very embarrassing! This was my first purchase with fragrance hut yet I had enough faith in them that they would make it right. I was in for a rude awakening. It took me a long time to find the number for customer service and when I got it I called for days and got an answering machine. Then I sent an email to them. They replied but I hadn't checked it. I did eventually get someone from customer service who was no help at all. He said that there was nothing that he could do and my only option was to send it back for a refund. This was by far the most horrible and embarrrasing experience I've ever had. I stated earlier that this was my fist purchase from Fragrance Hut and it will definitely be my LAST.

As we discussed, you ordered a Tester. Testers are cheaper than other bottles as they typically do not have a tops or boxes. Unfortunately, we do not have extra tops, but we did offer you a full refund if you decided to return it.
We are also sorry you had difficulty reaching us. Our phone and email is under the customer service tab at the top of our homepage. In order to keep prices low, we keep as small a staff as possible. We may not answer your call immediately, but we always return messages.
PS---If your statement is true, that 'This was by far the most horrible and embarrrasing experience I've ever had' because a cap on a perfume bottle you ordered was not included, we are jealous of the fantastic life you lead and hope this experience is never topped!

Fragrance Hut only sells brand name, authentic items.
You ordered a Tester.
Testers are original, brand name items; they just come without the fancy packaging or box. A
tester is typically used in a department store or fragrance counter. Sometimes they do not have a cap or box, but they are just like the full-priced version. Testers are a great way to save when you know you like the product and rather not pay more for the fancy packaging.
We gladly accept returns and have reached out to you with instructions on how to do so.
