When my package arrived, it had leaked and made a bit of a mess in the whole box; I contacted Fragrance Hut and they had a replacement on its way by the next morning. Top notch customer service.

no perfume
i order perfume for a present, on the 22nd june now the 7th july still hasnt come,and now been told by the hut i have to fill in a decleration form and send it back to them before they can trace the delivery or refund , this company is slow to reply, and not supply goods ordered i think im in for a long battle, and wont ever supply the carrier or post service they use, so i think i will be giving this site a miss in future

Nice collection.
I liked a lot the perfumes they offer but i do not know its smell for sure.
But my comment that they did not provide the shipping price for international region to know how much the product will cost me as shipping price affect my decision.
