Product damaged due to inappropriately sized box!
This was my first purchase through this company, unfortunately not a good one. My product had been crammed into a box that was too small leaving the lid cracked and the product leaking. This would have happened on packing as it wouldn't fit in with the lid in place, whoever packed it chose to ignore they'd damaged it prior to dispatch! I have contacted the company, sent photo's as requested, still awaiting a response!

Lovely & quick service but the pump on…
Lovely & quick service but the pump on the shampoo was damaged and as I pumped out the shampoo it leaked all down the bottle too so lost a bit. Luckily I had an empty bottle so I used the pump off that one .
