I have not yet received the item. I have already written to you to advise that my parcel was in Edinburgh mail office on 11.6.25 and royal mail were unable to give me further details of expected delivery and suggested I contact the supplier who could then act on my behalf. I've heard nothing since.

Customer service was helpful and quick. However the reason it’s not 5 stars is because trying to find the correct email to organise a return was not easy- and the first 2 email addresses bounced back ..

The perfume I purchased does not smell authentic.

I placed an order for some perfume and it arrived 2 weeks later, this was over the Christmas period. However, I needed to know when it was going to arrive as it was for a birthday present, but it was impossible to make contact with the company for a delivery update. It was frustrating as I had never ordered from them before and I didn’t know if or when my order would arrive. I send 4 emails and sent messages through the ‘chat’ facility but no-one got back to me at all. The perfume is fine and a good price but I wouldn’t use them again because of the lack of communication. I imagine this could cause a problem if i needed to make a return.

Arrived Quick. Well packaged.

No communication from seller until the item was dispatched after over 4 days from placing order. Emails bounced back and failed to answer on their chat service. Customer service none existent

To begin with I was charged extra for postage no option for next day delivery so had no choice but go for Royal Mail 48 but this company didn’t dispatch my item untill 3 days after I placed my order so a total of 5-6 days postage

I'm so happy, Chloe L'Eau has been my favourite perfume for years but it was discontinued. I was ecstatic to see you had it and it smells so good!

I ordered Hermes Kelly Caleche eau de parfum in December 2023. On opening it over the summer the bottle doesn’t have the little padlock on that it should and it smells the same as my old bottle does now that it’s practically ran out - like it’s off. I’ve worn this perfume for years so know what it smells like and this definitely isn’t a new bottle of perfume. It could even be a fake with it having no padlock on.

I haven’t contacted the company as it was months ago when I bought it but I won’t be buying anything else from them as I’ve wasted £117. I thought it was too good to be true for the price but they had a lot of good reviews - but it was too good to be true! Lesson learnt.

Bang on!! I hadn't heard of this company and it was a bit of a punt. But delivery was prompt, product was spot on. Highly recommend.
