Good value and well packed

Good value and well packed. Feedback to email/chat needs improving! However, overall I am happy with the product and service. I would recommend Fragranza on that basis.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Ordered a perfume set with 48hr delivery and after 3 days I get an email saying they are issuing a refund. I've had no notification of why this is or any form of apology. Terrible service, avoid this website!

website has issues, Jan 2024

Edited due developing situation:

I found fragranza.uk through a Google search for perfume. I placed an order and the money was debited from my account. Within minutes the order was cancelled with no reason, after a day or so a refund was issued and i received it a few days after that. Not too bad. I did try to reach out to them for the reason of cancellation but am still waiting for any type of response. Some things I identified on the website though are as follows.

1) some areas of their website say to contact customerservices at fragranza.uk but this email isn't active.
2) the other email mentioned on their website is hello at fragranza.uk, this seems to be the correct email.
3) the contact number listed on the website is 03337727469 and this isn't their number, it connected to a random person's mobile number.
4) When reaching out to customer support via their on-website chat service all I got were automated responses and no actual human contact or answers.
5) The website says its made by someone called "Markhoor", all one word, and links to a dead end.

I was initially fearful of a potential scam, but did get my refund in the end. Perhaps the above items identified are just down to a poor website design. If I do get a reason for cancellation I will change and update my review as I have done twice already.

Upgraded to a 4 star so far.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! I repeat, Stay away from this company!
I ordered from before Xmas and still haven't received my parcel or a refund. They are all over the place.
There is no one to talk to , but automaton machines. Everything you try to do on their site to get your parcel or your money back doesn't work.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Sorry for the inconvenience, your order was despatched on next day delivery on Royal Mail. The parcel tracking showing in transit most probably Royal Mail has lost the parcel. We already have issued a full refund, you got in touch with us during the holiday period and we were closed. Still on our website live chat, one of our agent responded to you and assured you that if you don't receive your parcel we will take full responsibility and we will issue you a full refund. See below the chat response from our agent:

Hi Gary , yes I can see the tracking showing still in transit
We will get in touch with Royal Mail and try to sort this out
In case of lost parcel we will issue you a refund
So no need to worry .

Not sure how can you say that there is no one to talk to and also it is Royal Mail's fault they lost the parcel.
We have issued a full refund, we just wanted to make it clear and preserve our good service.
