Great service! We ordered around 8 frames all with different customisation and each one of them looks fantastic. Great comms and a quick turn around. Will definitely be using Frame-A-Game again in the future.

Ordered the new Maglevate product and the installation was super easy! The magnets are strong so you don’t have to worry about your Steelbooks falling off and they give such a cool/unique way to display your gaming collection! Gonna have to cover my wall in them cause they’re that good!

Fantastic service! I had some scratched discs that Frame-A-Game resurfaced for me, and they came back looking brand spanking new! I was amazed at the quality! They also returned my discs so quickly - I couldn’t quite believe it how fast the turnaround was, I was expecting a few weeks instead it was a few days. Also, very carefully packed in individual sleeves! Honestly, what a great service - spot on and couldn’t ask for more!

Absolutely sublime service, accidentally ordered an incorrect item and was sent a replacement free of charge within a couple of days. Quality, packaging and shipping of the highest standard. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Incredible experience! My frames unfortunately arrived damaged due to international shipping but Kirk was awesome and made the process easy to request replacements. Product looks awesome with my copy of Pokémon XD. 11/10 will be purchasing more in the future!

The frame turned out perfectly for my signed David Lynch DVD, and the whole process was extremely smooth. It was even delivered a couple weeks earlier than expected. I reached out to Kirk with a few questions and he was super friendly and helpful. The upgrade for the non-reflective museum acrylic and gold plaque was worth it. Looks brilliant and very classy!

This is my second frame and they knocked it out of the park! The finished product with all the games in it is incredible to see and I really appreciate being able to showcase one of my favorite game series of all time! I requested a frame to show 4 games and with Kirk’s hard work and dedication he was able to make magic happen once again did an excellent job! I cannot express it enough how much I appreciate all of the help and assistance you have provided!

Unfortunately, I had to give this three stars I like the frame however I will say for paying almost $300 USD I ordered the frame March 5 and it arrived May 7 so it took quite a while to ship but also there are three cracks in the frame where somebody tried to drill holes for hangers however, they cracked the wood you would think the quality control would be a little better for that price. No it is not a problem once the frame is hung but once again quality control. I am also missing one gold plaque, which I was not charged for. The Director reached out to me and stated the time it took was due to “Burnout”. To rectify the situation he is going to refund me 40$.
Overall, I am happy with the frame. I just wish that there was a little more quality control than that and that some of the pieces of the frame weren’t made so cheaply.It still does look awesome hanging on the wall!

Absolutely incredible buying experience from start to end. If every company was as easy to deal with as Frame-A-Game, life would be so much easier!

I ordered my first GTA Trilogy (GTA 3, Vice City & San Andreas) and then decided I wanted the OG GTA Trilogy (GTA, GTA London & GTA2) shortly after, as this wasn’t readily available direct to order, I spoke to Kirk and he made my idea come to life. A few months later and I am now on my third frame (GTA expansion packs). Again, I spoke to Kirk who talked through my idea with me and quickly got to work, sourcing mint examples of the games I wanted and shortly shipped my frame out to me.

The service, communication, how easy it is to make an order, track an order, packaging and of course the final product as purely A* and really does set the bar.

Amazing customer service. I can only recommand for gamers or colletors to enhance their home with their beloved games or vinyls framed.

My recent purchase of three frames exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the frames is excellent and they all arrived in pristine condition. I purchased the frames from half across the world and there wasn't a single bit of damage on any of the frames, which speaks to how well everything is packaged. Kirk is very helpful answering emails and it's evident that he is passionate about what he does. I highly recommend these products.

Amazing customer service, helped with a custom order with not much of an extra charge and came a month before it was due. The setup is extremely easy and the design looks fantastic on my walls. I’ll be returning for another frame when that next paycheck hits.
