I was undecided about it for a while, but a new year discount convinced me. Glad I went for it now. Delivery was on time and the product was packaged extremely well indeed! A bulldozer would have struggled to damage it. It's as advertised, good quality and looks great. I didn't expect to have to dismantle it and fit the disk myself, but I can understand why. I struggled to get the border card to fit back in properly and it still remains slightly out of shape no matter the orientation. Mildly frustrating but not world ending. Good service, would recommend.

Shopping here has been a fantastic experience! They answered any and all questions I had about the frames quickly and even suggested I hold off purchasing a day or two just so I can take advantage of a sale that was about to start. They really put the customer first!

The frames themselves are amazing quality, strong and sturdy but not so heavy that I’d be concerned of them falling off the wall.
They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Bought Astro Bot for my son's birthday recently; he Platinumed it in short order & suggested trading it in but I had other ideas...! This is my second purchase from Frame-A-Game and once again I have had a disc go from being shoved in a drawer to being a stunning piece of art for my son's gaming setup. Great PS4 game disc repair service. Son scratched my new game disc really badly on the floor (PS4 wouldn’t read the disc) and these guys were able to get most scratches out and repair the disc so that it now works again!

Bought their mass effect trilogy frame and have to say its alot better than i expected. The frame is sturdy and its easy to open up and take the games out, i wanted to swap the cover for mass effect 3 over to femshep and had no problems doing so.

Had no problems with postage either frame was well packaged up and was tracked the whole way.

Communication was smooth and I am really satisfied with the final result.
