This item was donated to our non profit…

This item was donated to our non profit family resource center, we were very excited to receive it. It was exactly what we needed for children to be able to enjoy! The size is great, fit many people. The shade canopy is a great addition, and great cover for when not in use!

C'mon people you're better than this!

Order and delivery fine. Missing a piece and a set of 3 way brackets. Called and left 3 messages in 3 days and no one in the garden dept responded!! No big deal about missing pieces but customer service doesn't exist or it's just horrible. No way to tell since no one has called back. If is isn't resolved immediately my Google review will be even worse!!

Customer Support

I accidentally placed this order and immediately contacted their customer support the same day. Since it was a Sunday, I expected to hear back from them the next day; instead, I got a shipping notification. I tried again to contact support. Nothing. I tried the following day, but still nothing. The items arrived, and I am still trying to get someone from customer support to help me return them. I will be charged for the shipping back even though I contacted them within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel it. The items themselves are just as described and came in good condition. I wish someone had contacted me so we didn't have to go through all this hassle.

Raised Bed Review

Purchased 4 2x4 raised beds packages. Items arrived relatively quickly. Although some items were damaged upon receipt Frame It All customer service responded to my phone call by immediately sending replacement parts.

The easily assembled finished products are great.

Fast accurate service

Fast accurate service. The raised bed greenhouse is exactly the size I have been searching for: 4 ft by 4 ft, two of the will perfectly cover my 4x8" raised beds. The modular raised beds are sturdy and easy to assemble. Thanks!

Check ALL parts before assembly.

Arrived w/ broken parts critical to garden bed construction. Took time to discover broken parts due to individual bag packaging (not planks). Was also missing critical peg, which cannot be substituted. FedEx return label was provided, but no credit received, after 2+ weeks.

Shipping charges and exchange policy are not User Friendly.

We used your products previously and we’re happy with the results. As we were attempting to add more linear footage, some of the original caps were blown away by the two hurricanes we had in this area. We thought that would be a simple order. Mistakingly we ordered the wrong part (1” caps instead of 2” caps). First, the postage to send the caps was more than the price of the caps. Second, no simple exchange seemed possible. And, third, after a restocking fee, I would have recouped a whopping $3. Not being user friendly and lack of customer service are the two areas your company should re-evaluate.

The products arrived in a couple large…

The products arrived in a couple large boxes. One of the anchor stakes was broken as I unpacked it. I did not need it so no big deal. The set up went pretty well. I did not realize I needed to put the covering 'cap' onto the stake before I pounded the stake too far down. This was my fault of course. I like the look of my fisnished project. I think the frame should last many years in my garden!
