Good product; some customer service issues
My project was for a large, fenced vegetable garden. The shape had to be custom to fit the amount of square footage I needed into the space available.
The good news: The products themselves appear to be of good quality and relatively easy to assemble. I made a very large custom order and it was shipped to me timely and well-packaged. I live in the northeast so I will have to see how the plastic joints get through ice and snow this winter. But if I lived in a warmer climate and could use one of their standard designs, I would buy again.
The bad news:
First, though I purchased this product in part because of its sustainability appeal, the amount of plastic and styrofoam packaging that it came in pretty much outweighed any benefit.
Second, though they have a custom design tool on their website which worked reasonably well, after constructing my design I found that it did not create the bill of materials as it was supposed to. I had to enlist customer support's help. They were reasonably responsive and used a picture of the design I emailed them from the design tool to answer some questions, finalize the design, and tell me what to order.
Third, though I ordered what they told me, I found after I got it all put together that they had sold me a TON of extra parts, primarily because they advised me to buy kits and many of the kits had parts I did not actually need. So I had to inventory what was left, take pictures, send them the pictures and the list, and request a refund. They did process the refund eventually, but it took about a month.
Finally, though the products are pretty good overall, the gate was difficult to construct and though I thought it said the fencing was plastic covered metal (perfect), it appears to just be plastic (which animals can easily chew through). Hoping since it is fairly high off the ground they will not be able to chew it but we'll see.
Frame It All claims not to be trusted
To advertise "up to 60% off" then find offer only applies to one minor assembly part maybe be factual, but certainly doesn't engender goodwill. Nothing worse then offering an actual customer benefit that only results in customers thinking how dishonest you are. I bought item and saved money, but my opinion of the company has gone negative. It's a shame.
knowing the product has recycled…
knowing the product has recycled material is important to me. So far I have totally made a commitment to use this product for all my raised bed projects. 1. it will unify the look. 2. it is easy to put together. 3. affordable. 4. quick delivery.
4’ X 2” Straight & curved edging
I ordered the 4’ straight and curved. ( One of each). We received them within a week! When our weather cleared up, we put the edging up. It went very smoothly and looks good. Very happy with the product! Now for weather to cooperate to finish our project. Thank you Frame It All.

Amazing Garden Kit
We ordered two raised bed gardens and are very pleased with our purchase. They were delivered right away and well packaged and organised. The instructions are clear and the kits come together like a puzzle where all the pieces fit together.
Cold Frame is partially put together
The cold frame is fairly easy to put together. We ordered two of the same in order to fit on an expanded, raised bed. We are missing pieces from one of the two boxes.

Product arrived with a manufacturer defect. Nobody answers the phone at the company. No reply from the company with a voice message I left...or no reply from the company with an email I sent.
Love our raised garden bed
Love our raised garden bed. It is up and ready to go for the next growing season. Nice product and fast delivery.

Received a broken raised bed frame with no response to my 2 emails requesting support.
Single stack garden dorder.
The border when out of the box is beautiful. After it seemed like maybe a week they faded. These are for the outside and should keep its's beauty for more than a week. Two months into the Summer they look awful. When Summer ends in the trash they go. Oh, those tabs to insert into the holes were a nightmare to just "pop in".
Jumbo 12x12, 3 level bed with animal barrier
First of all, the Jumbo 12 x 12, 3 level raised bed with animal barrier is fantastic! Good quality product! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because this thing was hard work to assemble. It took the better part of 2 weeks (off and on as time allowed) to get it put together. The instructions were difficult, mainly because it was hard to identify pieces; they did not arrive labeled. I recommend that Frame it All clarify their instructions and send assembly kits with pieces labeled. The instruction video on the website was a huge help and I referred to it at each level of assembly. Other than that, the company has been great to work with. I am already thinking about getting another bed for flowers (that will be a project for next summer).
I purchased 8 Frame It All beds from…
I purchased 8 Frame It All beds from Home Depot a few years ago. They were not sold as ‘pieces missing’. Last year I set up 4 of the 8 without issue. This year I decided to set up the last 4. When I opened the boxes I realized only one of the 4 had all the pieces. So I contacted the company to see if they could send what was missing. I took pictures and sent them in to customer service. At first I was hopeful that I would be able to complete my beds but soon was informed that because I couldn’t verify my purchase I would have to buy the missing pieces. When everything was said and done I ended up spending nearly $150 for replacement pieces for a product I had already paid for. To me a company is all about customer service. This one failed miserably.

This is exactly what our playground needed to make it feel complete. Easy to install and love the low maintenance of it! The kids should enjoy this for years.
Fun and unique shape, quality pieces
Was looking for a raised bed but didn't want the standard square/round shapes. I had been looking at building something with stones, but I'm so glad I found this Versailles shape instead since it looks a bit like a butterfly and I'm putting in a primarily butterfly garden. Just planted things over the weekend, but I had fun with red flowers on top, white in the middle, and then purple/blue on the bottom. Can't wait for a few weeks when it all starts to fill in. I've already had quite a few people stop to admire it and ask where I got it and what it's made of.
Putting it together wasn't difficult (no tools needed except to pound the stakes into the ground), but it took me a while to get the hang of it- definitely a learning curve. Don't pound the stakes deep into the ground until you have all the tiers together and the stakes just on top of the ground holding them in position. If some of it is just a tiny bit off or tilted, it's a game to adjust. Helpful to have a rubber mallet to put the plugs in since my fingers got tired of pushing them in.
I got the 2" thick and am happy with that, though I'm not sure how sturdy the 1" is either. I put on 2 bottom tiers, then a middle and top, so I wanted to make sure it was very sturdy.
Ordering was easy and shipping was fast and free. Once this garden gets established, I'll definitely be ordering another shape for another section of my yard. Highly recommend.
