VIctoria Regal Twist Carpet & Tredaire Underlay

Delighted with the service and communication throughout from Mille and Tyler.
The price was also fantastic.
It was my first time purchasing carpet and underlay online and getting it delivered to Scotland and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this shop again .

Straightforward delivery good value

Set delivery days means you know what to expect. Could track it and was delivered early and in good shape. Easy to do business with. Exactly what I wanted and better than the high street rubbish.

Very impressive

Very impressive. Due to the day ordered, it arrived only two days later (in Scotland). Great quality and as discribed. I had made a mistake in the detail of my order but that was sorted with a single email and no fuss which was appreciated!

Really helpful company

Really helpful company. I wanted a specific item that was out of stock. I tried several companies and Frankly flooring were the only one who proactively contacted the manufacturer to find out when it would be available and kept me informed of progress. All of this at a very competitive price.
