Using the app is horrible now
Using the app is horrible now. I have made 3 orders in the last month and one was cancelled. The other 2 are still being prepared to ship for almost two weeks now. Hopefully I do not lose the special offers if they get cancelled too.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service.
I wrote a review about the poor service that I received from the Stuttgart branch regarding a spotting scope. Frankonia replied asking me to contact them so that the problem could be resolved. This I did to the email address provided. There was no response whatsoever. I guess they only write this to give the impression that they care. In my opinion they don't.

Blazer
I love this Blazer.Colour ,shape and fabric are very nice, size perfect. The only thing I would change is the lining under the sleeves. It would be nicer if it was the same as on the rest of the jacket so it could be seen if you turn up your sleeves. But still 5 stars from me .
