I only order clothes at Frankonia…
I only order clothes at Frankonia because they are of a nice quality and they have beautiful brands.
And mostly I do not have to wait such a long time for delivery.

Very happy
Very prompt delivery! Ordered on Wednesday and had the parcel in hand on Thursday! I am very happy with the quality of both the garments I ordered to try out. Sadly I could only keep one but would have loved to keep both. Return has been simple. I rang them to make sure how it works and the customer service was very nice and helpful! Money got returned earlier than expected (they say up to 3 weeks, it was 1,5). Very happy, would recommend.

Damit entschuldigen wir uns noch einmal und freuen uns, wenn Sie wieder bei uns bestellen.

Excellent service
I ordered a hunting-jacket from Frankonia which arrived in a few days without any problems. Unfortunately, the jacket did not fit (not a fault from Frankonia) so I contacted Frankonia for return instructions.
The contact with Frankonia and the return process went very smooth and within a few days I had received my refund in full.
I was very impressed with the excellent service from Frankonia - both in ordering the jacket and when I unfortunately had to return it.
Frankonia is highly recommended and I will have no hesitations dealing with Frankonia again.
