This is honestly the worst store I have ever dealt with.

I knew it was probably dropshipping, but I liked the design, so I decided to give it a chance. Big mistake. The shirt arrived in a cheap grey plastic bag, and as soon as I opened it, there was a strong smell of cheap fabric and burnt lettering/printing. When I tried the shirt on, my skin started itching because of the poor quality. The fit was also terrible.

I contacted them about returning it within one hour of receiving the shirt. I then had to pay out of my own pocket to ship it back to Poland, which was already frustrating enough.

After weeks of hearing nothing, I had to chase them myself. Then they told me the refund had been issued as store credit. I never agreed to store credit. I asked for my money back, not credit for a store where I do not want to buy anything again.

I am now still fighting to get my money back months later. Terrible quality, awful return process, and very poor customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store.

Very disappointing experience with Frased.

I contacted support within the valid return period regarding defective items and requested a return/refund. Instead of receiving a clear solution, communication became unnecessarily complicated with slow responses, changing information and no proper confirmation regarding the refund process.

At this point I am still waiting for a final response despite multiple polite follow-ups.

The products looked good online, but customer service and handling of returns have been extremely unprofessional in my experience. Would personally not order again.

Terrible quality t shirts branded as exclusive.

Cheap crappy white tshirt with the faintest print on the back. Went straight in the bin. Massive social media scam

Absolutely trash quality. The size chart on the site has nothing to do with the actual shirt sizes. I ordered M shirt and it is too tight and the actual measurements do not match the ones on the site.

I reached out to customer support and no one got back to me. In book this is scam.

Online site looks good, but a bit of pain to use not only that the T shirt came late and it stank, although the quotes are good. The quality of the t shit is awful.

Quality like at temu, there is a star because the sweater at least sits well
